"Venice of the North" is what you call "an overstatement" in English, isn't it?
I understand where you're coming from. It's obviously not Venice :-) However, it's listed as one of the so-called 'Venices of the North' on Wikipedia. Please check the link - en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Venice_of_the_North
They're really advertising in this place. This is a hard pass.
