- Nix knew something that Riko didn't know when the accident (meteorite) happened, what could it be? 👀
Some lore: This happens like way way after Ghost/Epoch (probably the same time range with Run boy Run or after)
They are on the same side now but Riko didn't know all the event happened during Ghost (Riko only seemed to know someone presence that went after him but doesn't know it was Nix). Until Nix brought up this conversation, that makes Riko realized some connection about Nix present during the run away and the meteorite. What could that be? 👀 Did Nix purposely bring up this conversation to warn Riko about something? (ye probably 👀👀👀👀👀)
I could explain better but I don't think i have enough braincells for it. I guess it's up to you guys now, reading your theories makes me hyped a lot xD
I just want to create a small character interaction to practice more fluent lip sync and also experiment with some different find of shading/ composition for animation. I swear using color test sample makes stuff so much easier I should do this in the future. I really enjoy doing the lip sync. It took so long to make the lip sync works well with character expression but it totally worth it!
I'll try to do more lore animation in future. But i wan tto do some small aesthetic project to improve my composition skill a bit. Don't worry, I all the storyboard layout. Just wait when I'm good enough!

I can never express how Impressed I am with your animations, this is a masterpiece!
Theory: I'm going to go back everything that happened in the story.
Epoch-beginning- Riko has been running away to see if his sister(Rita- yellow dragon cat) is alive as heard a metorite is coming to their home. As he ran, there is an infection coming on as people(animals) transform to zombies as the day went. In the morning, he found the city but where is her sister? He realised it was too late to find her as the city has been destroyed by the metorite.
Run boy Run: Riko was still running until he found a person( who is evil). That person might be Nix's boss?
Platform 9- He researches around the city until he found the photo of him and his sister. Rita must have become a zombie or was taken by government or dead. I think the government was the one to cause of a apocalypse?
Ghost: I think the cause of the infection is that a scientist was testing something( experiement) and someone was infected and it failed so it was abandoned like other corpses? The government crossed out Riko so he was no longer in a military and hired Nix and the others to find him and kill him however Nix just wanted to be set free? While Riko was in a shelter, he heard a bullet dropped which can imply that he knows that someone(governemnt) was tracking him but he didn't know it was Nix?
The Accident: On 0:22, the scene shows that the city is destroyed( Platform 9 and Ghost) as Riko entered.I think Nix was trying to warn him about the government as they tried to find him and tell him about the events so he can connect what had happened. Nix tried to make Riko trust him but then backstabbing him?
Reminder: This is an theory and I might get it wrong but it's worth a try. :/ Please correct my grammar as I made mistakes( a lot) and also apologies to the long paragraph. I was interested in the story ;P

When it actually does the full conversation instead of just ending at "the accident" it hits so much harder. Combine that with one of my fave animators and you def get some good times.

This is the very first animation I've soon with the rest of the audio besides ending in "the accident" line. Plus the ending lines just brings back more emotions of how people feel when something terrible truly happens. I adore this and I am now your new subscriber. I always loved animators like you or even someone like Adam ( someone else I'm a fan).
I have always been inspired by animators from the beginning, and as I soon go to highschool my next year I will advance my style and hopefully reach the peak to becoming one too!

I saw that Lil transition at 0:36 it looks so cool that it's Riko in the future (don't wanna spoil TOO much tho hope i didn't) but at the same time their still in the present or maybe Riko is in the future and he's Already inf- and he's thinking about the past it's also REALLY cool how the infected really look like and in the video "Infected" i can just picture that they're cornered and being over run by other infected band just like in the movies as soon as one person falls/die the rest start to fall as well and I can just pick that Riko is the last one alive and the infected slowly close in more and more and boom they're all infected.
