Kennedy;
Don't feel bad about jumping careers. I'm 32 soon to be 33 and my story is wild. I literally went to college for nursing, failed out of the program my first semester after finishing a whole year of pre-reqs. But I graduated with an Associate Degree in Applied Science and tried to minor in Early Education (dropped that immediately). I went to school for Practical Nursing, completed that certification but I couldn't pass my NCLEX. So I went for IT Security and found out that computer programming is really hard 😅 So I dropped out after 1 year. Then I joined a union apprenticeship for 5 yrs. I'm now a union electrician and I'm going back to school for my Bachelor's in Occupational Safety & Health because now I'm a single mother raising an autistic little boy. I wanna be able to work from home to be able to spend more time with him.
I wouldn't trade any of my experiences for anything in the world because I've learned so much about myself and motherhood.
