Nothing better than a good healthy, peaceful relationship. When that is achieved, home and family becomes your temple and everything else is just a noise. 👌
Life goes through phases...sometimes you feel down, and that doesn't mean that you'll stay that way forever because eventually, you'll feel that you're not lonely.. i've been through it...and once you've gone through a low phase, you can look back and see how unstable life is - and that's the a fact of life
Lately i've seen a lot of man in their 30s start thinking about life with more seriousness. People often think they'll go retire somewhere near the beach get a sip a drink watching sunset, but it's a false expectation. Give or take about 3 months of watching sunset and you will sick and tired of it. We are created with a purpose and there is something in our heart crying out but only if we listen. How can we listen when there is a constant distraction of the world. I'm 31 years old this year and God has revealed many wisdom and wonders to me. There is a difference between loneliness and solitude. Even with a introvert like me sometime come out of the cave to greet and meet people. Then when my sensory says it's overwhelming, it's time to go back to solitude with prayer and Scripture reading. Like you, i keep a journal of things i learn and feel, good therapeutic practice for introvert. I believe there is nothing on Earth will satisfy our heart: money, sex, drug, entertainment, foods, etc. like the old ancient text says: Vanity of vanities, all is vanities.
You need to go where you feel belong, where your heart tells you, you need to be where you are comfortable, Many confuse that feeling as mid life crisis but reality is what you need is warm acceptance and sense of laidback lifestyle.
Have you ever listened to the Purple Mountains album? It really captures a lot of the feelings you seem to feel imo, highly recommend giving it a spin. Keep up the good work, great video!
Friends will come and go and it all depends if you partied a lot and made friends that also partied a lot unless you all change at the same time it’s going to be lonely when you move to your next journey. I always say you have friends that are potential friends you just don’t put time to growing those relationships. Some of it is we don’t make the time and some is we don’t see people around us as good friends because we only know surface level.
Happiness is subjective. A person has to define its meaning of happiness, not the happiness the world projects that seems one fits all. Good day to my friend 😊
I'm an introvert as well, but I disagree Tom. Yes, extroverts are more likely to land jobs and they could earn huge salaries, but they usually work for a Sigma introvert. I'm pretty sure Bill Gates, Elon Musk, Mark Zuckerberg, Larry Page, etc will agree with me. There is nothing wrong with depression, it is not recognizing that you have it is wrong because there are a lot of ways to intervene non-pharmacologically as well as pharmacologically. Prior to leaving the Philippines, you came across as person exhibiting some signs of depression. Have you considered manic-depressive? Your highs are highs and your lows are really low? If you don't think you have these, then it is all good and you are just an introvert, who at one time was a faux extrovert. @pejbartolo2365 With all that knowledge, I think you'd recognize that no one is going to take an internet mental health diagnosis seriously. There are plenty of people out there who enjoy spending time alone. When someone tells you that they are happy in their current situation, you don't get to make a decision for them.

👌
I don’t care either. I love being alone.
I go to work, run/go to the gym, study and the go read a book in the park. It’s the best.
Exactly how I feel. 🙏
These are a breath of fresh air. Thank you

Hi Tom, you have some signs of depression. A lot of people mistake introversion for depression. Just check on the requirements to diagnose depression.
And you, don't have a doctorate.
