i have 1 question, everytime i select every single city on my country and spam tanks, it only gives me tanks in 1 city, any explaination? idk if the cities should be square if u need to make tanks
if you have enough square cities it will just combine all the tanks in 1 square city
1. Yes the city should be square cities (over 1 million population) to be able to make tanks
2. If you select more than 50 cities and make a unit (be it infantry or tanks) they are all gonna spawn in the most populated city you own

i played a collapsing china in 2021 and won against russia japan and india killing them, and there was even a shanxi civil war
i think my war was harder cuz i basically had no outside help, and most countries already have a head start
