Nasi Goreng same as the Dutch chinese takeaway restaurant

  • Nasi goreng as in the (Dutch) Chinese restaurant takeaway Style
    (Hoe maak je Nasi Goreng zoals van de afhaalchinees ?)
    Cooked Rice (day old)
    2 tablespoons neutral oil
    2 to 3 beaten eggs
    50 grams Ham cut into 1 cm cubes
    Leek (cut into rings) or whatever you want...
    1 Teaspoon of salt
    1 Teaspoon of ve-tsin
    1 tablespoon light soy sauce
    2 teaspoons sesame oil
    (White pepper is optional)
    Heat wok and oil over medium heat and add the beaten eggs. Add the rice as soon as the egg starts to set a little. Turn the heat to medium low and slowly stir-fry the rice grains apart. Wok the Nasi for 2 to 3 minutes and add the ham and leek. Salt and ve-tsin. Wok for 1 minute on high heat. Add soy sauce and turn off the heat.
    Stir in sesame oil and you're done...
    Put in a Takeaway container / Cup/ Bowl
    Just add a slice of Ham and a fried egg on top and it is just like the (Dutch )Chinese takeaway restaurant
