    9. Focus on becoming more grateful for all the things you have.
    10. Learn about overcoming depression as much as possible and try safe potential treatments.
    11. Talk to a psychologist about it.
    12. Share about your depression to your family and give them a good amount of information about what is depression.
    13. Spend more time in nature.
    14. follow a basic daily routine including healthy sleep and eating schedule.
    15. Eat a healthy diet which is rich in omega 3 fatty acid, avoid junk foods, eat more vegetables, avoid drinking alcohol or smoking cigarettes, take supplements like probiotics, Purified fish oil, High-quality natural multivitamins, and minerals. herbs like turmeric, ginger can also help.

    I’ll let you know how this works for me. I got depressed and an occasional drug use became a bigger problem, then the drugs caused more depression and a psychological addiction. I acknowledged this but it was harder than I realised and relapsed so often I felt I wasn’t going anywhere. Now I’m focusing on various cleansing and positivity methods not the addiction so I can feel positive before I tackle this problem. One small step upward is better than jumping two steps and stumbling down. I got this 😎
