510kg deadlift at the Shaw Classic? I'm sure Brian would be extatic to have that at his show
As awesome as that would be to see, I highly doubt that would happen at the Shaw classic because at that show it is a raw dead lift, that would be extremely hard and doubtful but an incredible feat if he did it there
@@artiegray8195The Arnold is a raw deadlift too & it looked like he had 500 there this year. He missed 501 raw in 2019 but he is stronger now

Hafthor's most impressive feat of strenght ís that log lift on his back, 5 steps that Orm did. I wish he could do it again with a log that gives him more balance, a log that is a cylinder and not a cone.

Hopefully he will never try that again. To achieve that, he needs to get unhealthily heavy. Last time he looked like a walking heart stroke. If he does it again, it may be the last thing he does in his life. I want him to have a long and happy life. To increase the deadlift record, simply isn't worth it.

My only beef with the 501 was that it moved so well it seemed like you could've pulled more that day and I didn't get to see it. Lol. Glad to see you deciding to settle things once and for all.

Thor is one of the only guys that delivers almost every single time he says he will do something. I only say "almost every time" because something might have slipped my mind, but from what i remember, he fucking delivers.
Powerlifting wr is a big one he didn't deliver, but a torn pec is quite the reason lol

Yeah, that record is the only thing I can think of. And yeah, VERY good reason. I also agree that he most likely has moved on from that. BUT, he might come back to it after he retires from Strongman again.

He hasn’t done 501 outside of a home gym surrounded by home friends and home refs. 500 is still the record 😂
@@JLawLYea but as a eddie fan, I reckon thor does have the potential to do 510, same as eddie as both of them looked like on the day they could do more, it’s just went eddie did it, it was kind of an unknown realm of strength that hadn’t been dared to go near before.

Is this where you will do the record? It's a raw deadlift in that comp so do you plan to get 500+ still? Would be epic
He was lucky it didn't kill him last time. If he had weighed that much for even a short while more, it could have killed him. The healthiest I have seen him is during his boxing days. Sadly he is back passed 190kg now. For now he looks fairly good, but if he go beyond 200, then he is putting his life in jeopardy.

This bodyweight is normal for Thor and he lift 501kg very smooth , the only person who almost died was Eddie Hall.
@@palmarolavlklingholm9684 while I agree with you, here's a hard pill to swallow... It's his life, not yours. A lot of pro athletes in different disciplines put their life at risk.
@@RigoOXx you speak the truth. It is his life. I just wish he would take a little better care of himself, and not go for these insane record attempts. I would love for him to just focus on the competitions. In my opinion, he has nothing left to prove.

Hello Thor, I'm a brazilian filmmaker and that's a tip for your editor or idk who works with you, please, tell him to stabilize if he edits in davinci resolve using "translation" but if it's premiere pro just reduce the smoothness of the stabilizer effect you know... Example: the start of this video, it was like a jelly, kinda unprofessional (not hating, just a contructive critic)... Have a good day Thor, our hero and inspiration
