Sam a Joyce , you guys make me smile!! Love watching anything you guys do! I turn 60 this year (August) and I hope I have the energy you guys have when I retire. I work 60 to 80 hours a week an I’m tired when my days end an can barely move. Maybe these docs will go ahead an do my knee replacements and maybe I will feel better!!! Hope I will have energy to still do fun things like fishing an crabbing!!!
Being that you're such a hard worker you'll have a great retirement once you get those knees fixed. We worked until we were 72 ( too long ). We just push ourselves. Crabbing and fishing is a great activity to do in retirement. Good luck and Thanks for watching our videos
I just love watching you guys. It is a lot of fun watching y’all catch crabs. I look for new videos all the time and I always go back and watch the old videos too. Thank you guys
My daughter says she loves the potholder, pretty cool, now we got to get her one. Thanks for sharing. Summer is coming on and so is the hot weather, hope you two keep doing something.
We had them for a long time and can't remember where we got them. You're right about summer, it's hot already in our area and Mississippi. It slows us down. Thanks for Watching our videos
I'll tell you what: there's few things I like more than handlining crabs. Watching the two of you has got me wanting to head to Perdido for a day with a cooler. You're a terrible influence. In addition to that, you're making me hungry!
Hello my favorite friend. I love watching you guys full of joy. Make me smile . I learned something new steaming Crabs in Coconut water. Stay safe and Blessed ♥️
Hello from South Jersey! We really enjoy your videos and all of the recipes. We definitely want to be like y’all when we grow up (lol, we are in our 50s). Thank you for all the great videos.
Thanks for the memories during my childhood I would crab the Navesink and Shrewsbury rivers.Than my parents would head down for the weekend to Tuckerton and crab around Great Bay Blvd and the old fish factory
We had chicken quarters and baby back ribs from a local dive. Then we went to DQ a couple of hours ago, and watching this still makes me hungry!!! I grew up eating blue crab, but got away from it for a long time. Since starting back a couple of years ago, I just cannot get enough!!! You make it look so yummy!!!
Thanks, you're right Handline crabbing is a lot of fun. We were in Louisiana a couple of weeks ago and bought some big crawfish. Thanks for Watching our videos
I love watching your videos and salivating over the cooking, much appreciated. I recently went out and caught some very large blue crabs, dip-netting them while shrimping in Merritt Island. I wanted to suggest cutting all of the legs off as it makes space for more crabs in the pot. Thanks as always I will keep watching. 👍
Thanks, we used to do a lot of shrimping at Haulover Canal and the railroad bridge, there were some big crabs in that area. Thanks for Watching our videos
Happy Birthday. We plan on doing some fishing videos very soon. It seems like every time we're able to go out in the Sea Hunt it's blowing and rough. Thanks a lot for Watching our videos
You're right she's always trying something new even when she has it perfected, like a mad scientist. I'm lucky she hasn't blown the kitchen up lol. Thanks again for Watching
Have you ever used your spices/water/techniques on shrimp? I grew up close to Chesapeake Bay Va. We spiced many foods/shellfish with Old Bay and beer/vinegar/water. I really enjoy watching you two catch and cook your meals!🤗
Thanks a lot for Subscribing we appreciate it. You're right, Joyce used to sew a lot and make shirts for me and other nice things when we were younger. Now she just makes rags and pot holders, I kid her about it and tell her that's what happens when you get old you just make rags. Thanks again for Watching
another one is kikkoman ponzu sauce. its a thin citrusy marinade or sauce... i always have that on hand also... in fact im gonna marinade my wings with the ponzu sauce and some tajin... they gonna be good!
Hey, guys just wondering since you've been using your wireless Mic's. For a while, how do you like them? I'm thinking about getting some for myself. Was curious of your brand and if they were worth the purchase? Thanks Ed
Ed, the wireless mics we've been using are Hollyland Lark, I bought them on Amazon. Be careful with them, we already lost 3, 1 went overboard while cast netting, 1 fell in the bilge and Joyce ruined one when she dumped a bucket of water over her head when we were fishing ( it was 100° that day) lol.
We're in East Central Florida. We use a stiff nylon line I got at a marine supply store in Biloxi Mississippi but you can use mason line. They still cut our lines once in a while. Thanks for Watching our videos
No it isn't but we were at this place today and an alligator ran us off. A lot of the areas with mangroves look the same, this place has deeper water. Thanks for Watching
I think everything looks the same over there in a video anyway. I sometimes get confused when we move from one spot to another lol. Thanks a lot for Watching
How come you never put your crabs and clean water and purge them have to come out of those stinky muddy places David sure tastes a hell of a lot better better
Most of the time we clean the crabs before cooking, that gets rid of anything bad that is in the guts then cooking takes care of the rest. Thanks for Watching

@TheOldCoupleOutdoors ty for the info. My wife was asking what i wanted for Christmas so i thought this would be a good idea.
what kind of net do you use and where did you get it?
The net we were using is a Promar, we got it at Wayne Lee's in Pascagoula Mississippi for about $16.00. Thanks for Watching
What bridge in NJ did you crab off of. You started to tell the story
I was joking with Joyce, the bridge is in Somers Point that was 60 years ago lol. Thanks for Watching our videos
Hello, what type net is it you use please sir? thanks...
It's just a standard crab net I got at Wayne Lee's in Pascagoula Mississippi. Thanks again for Watching our videos
What part of Florida you guys in? What kind of line do you use so they don't cut the line?
We're in East Central Florida. We use a stiff nylon line I got at a marine supply store in Biloxi Mississippi but you can use mason line. They still cut our lines once in a while. Thanks for Watching our videos
Your probably close to me In Daytona
that looks like the same place that had the alligator😁
No it isn't but we were at this place today and an alligator ran us off. A lot of the areas with mangroves look the same, this place has deeper water. Thanks for Watching

I don't think they can afford it. Thanks for Watching
Isn't that the same spot the alligator took your bait?
You're right lol. Thanks for Watching
You guys don’t eat the shell?
I meant the stuff in the shell
