That intro was a lot of fun. A pleasant little change up from the usual jam.

Thanks for showing how to do all this on the Unit itself.

Awesome video! Just a suggestion, it might be better to do this in the Per-Preset Layout instead of Scenes Layout. Doing it in SL will change it for all presets in the FM3, not just this one. So, if there are presets where you don’t want this function while using scenes, it’ll still happen because you changed it in the SL. Not sure if this is helpful or not, just wanted to throw it out there!

Sounds so good! Question what kind of stand is that you have the FM3 on looking for something just like that! :)

You can kind of do the toggling between different snapshots on the helix. You can do it in Command Centre, with the Press/Hold function when setting up snapshots on Stomp mode

Yeh kind of - there isn't any real visual cue as to where you're going to be heading though which is a bit tricky. In theory this could change!

Hi John, great work. Still a bit confused with 1 thing. Let's say you have Scene 1 (primary) and Scene 2 (alt) on the first footswitch and Scene 3 (primary) and 4 (alt) in the 2nd. If you use the 2nd or 3rd footswitches and then press footswitch 1 would it always change to Scene 1? Are these 3 core tones and the 3 alternatives are only selectable if you click twice in the same footswitch or is it possible to go from let's say Scene 1 to the alt from footswitch 2 (Scene 4) with one foot press?

I wonder about the same thing ? Does it recall the last thing you switched on any given footswitch like on a JVM footswitch for instance.

3 buttons are enough for 99% of gigs. But we live in a time of excess so everyone needs a dedicated switch for when you kick in the arpegiator with 3 delays and synth at the epic ending of your live solo at Carnegie Hall....
