You are now the King of Framed Posters! Those Iron Maiden postage stamps are cool. Pink Floyd box sets! High end gear! Nice turntable. I like that day of the dead light. That’s really cool! So many books, it’s practically a library! I like the old photos. Very enjoyable tour Steve! ✌️
Hi greetings from New Zealand. Im 65 years young. I have a large music collection of different styles . I like your framed posters and pics. Those groups such as Mott the Hoople , Blue Oyster Cult , Grand Funk i like very much. You have some books on David Bowie , I had the pleasure of seeing David in concert here in 1978. It was his Stage tour at the time. A good memory. I like your autographed Jethro Tull framed poster. Good video From Carl.
Lots of cool stuff in that first room! I only just heard of Damnation of Adam Blessing a couple of months ago, but two albums are on the hit list for this year. Man, you have more box sets than a store!
Hey Peter! Yes, those 2 DOAB albums are hidden gems, but I can do without their version of "Last Train to Clarksville." I am a sucker for a box set. Cheers!
Thanks for the room tour! I think you should be called the barron of box sets in the VC! I like the red wall in your I'll call, it main music room. The radio is definitely the crown jewel of the rooms! Does it work? Best, Steve
Hi Steve!!! thanks for the room tour and shout out..... loved your signed artworks, posters and concert fliers too and it always amazing how we all sort things in a very unique way. cheers and be well
What a fantastic room 🙂 Queen and Thin Lizzy. What a night that must have been? Queen played a small (1000 seat) hall in my hoe town in 1973 with MTH and then in 1974 headlining but I was way too young to go>. I was 9/10 😞 I saw Lizzy in an even smaller venue in 2003. John Sykes, Brian Downey and Scott Gorham were in the band then.
Thanks so much for inviting us over to see all the goodies. I knew your collection was spectacular but seeing the Floyd sets were so cool. I wasn’t aware they existed. Happy listening indeed 🎉. The zeppelin sets too🎉. Loved the Zenith just beautiful. 👍👍👍🍺🍺🍺
Thanks for the room tour. I hope to have a dedicated music room in the future when I move which could be a little while. I like all the posters. Now when you show a record, you won't have to say the cover is up on the wall. Thanks again for the Dylan photo.
I love that Have A Nice Day box set from Rhino along with the 80s and 90s ones they did. I need a bigger room as my wall space is almost floor to ceiling with records. Kind of waiting for the floor to cave in. Enjoyed the books. My I Pod crapped out I do have a spare but all the music I had was in a very old computer so now I just use my phone. Enjoyed the tour. We need to work with you on proper alphabetizing. I did work 4 years at the library in college. I can come and and get you set up with the Dewey decimal system.
Thanks Steve! My way of alphabetizing comes down to one band, Uriah Heep. A character in the book David Copperfield, so since "Heep" is not of a real person like, "Cooper, Dylan" I use the first name of "Uriah." All makes sense now, doesn't it? Cheers!
Inspiration! I'm looking to change things up in my music room this year as well. That wall with the framed artwork behind you really pops out on your videos. Love that old radio. 😎🎶
i´m getting hooked on this videos ,knowing what people use to listen to music and the mencaves so american where they have all nostalgia of many generations giving it a unique style , not in europe is more the attic, i don´t like much Aerosmith records but something in the attic i bought it and heard it with pleasure, dude looks like a laidy on MTV but other well made songs in this album ,i remenber playing side A first but a lot, "Toys" isn´t it
I watched this yesterday but didn't have time to leave a comment. Lots of great music! You beat me with the Every Album Every Song books you have, ha ha. I have the Queen and Bowie All The Songs book and they are superb!
Very cool rooms! I have a question for your filing. It looked like you had your records in chronological order as most of us do. My question is for reissues. Do you file them under the original release date or the date of the reissue? I keep going back and forth on this. But it looks weird to have a Led Zeppelin debut after CODA because its a reissue
Thanks Doug! 2 part answer; for CD's I put the original in storage boxes kept in my laundry room. I want to free up space, so since the reissue has the original album and additional tracks, I don't need ready access to it. For LP's, I don't really buy reissues unless I don't have the original. And if I buy a box set of an album I already have, more times than not I move the original into storage to free up space. Hope that answers your question. Cheers!
Nice Maiden stamps. Great you have also iPod classic. I kind of would like to get that kind. I feel stupid back then I bought iPod touch, though it was really cool back then. What was that Japanese boxset next to Bob Dylan albums. That is nice idea to put Greatest hits separate from others. mr. Finglish
What a great listening room. Love the posters. The box sets are outstanding.
Thanks Tony! Cheers!
Awesome room tour Steve!!
Thanks Brian!

Hey Steve! The radio does work and I have spare tubes. Cheers!
Amazing room tour. The King of the Box Sets is alive and well. Those posters are killer too. Thanks, Steve for the inside look.

Thanks Nick! Yes, they were both on top form back then. For me they had both peaked in that I think their best work was behind them. Cheers!
Hey Greg! I know you get some, if not all of those Floyd box sets on Amazon. Thanks!
Amazing room (s), Steve. Great tour.
Thanks Dennis!
Quite impressive tour of your music and all that goes with it, Steve.

Fantastic room tour. I noticed a few of your concert posters are from Ohio👍
Thanks Gary! The place I buy them from is out of Ohio. Cheers!
@ I wonder if it’s from where I got my SRV/Jeff Beck poster from?
Thanks for the room tour. I hope to have a dedicated music room in the future when I move which could be a little while. I like all the posters. Now when you show a record, you won't have to say the cover is up on the wall. Thanks again for the Dylan photo.
Hey Randy! You still looking in Mississippi? Cheers!
@@AisForAliceBisForBob I was also looking at Galena IL and Hot Springs Village, AR. It could be a while as my dad is 96 and his sister lived to 101.
@@RandyforRoyals Not sure if you heard but the Waterboys have anew album coming out in April. You can find the new song "Hopper's On Top" on YT
@ thanks. I hadn’t heard.
Great room tour Steve 👌
Thanks Jack!

Thanks Ed! Glad to be of service, looking forward to your tour! Cheers!

You saw Queen live!?!??
4 times Jack, between 74-77. But you probably have 60 years of life in front of you, I may have no more than 20.Cheers!

Hey Mr. Finglish! Japanese box set is the Dylan Budokan concert that came out last year. Cheers!
