Jason, I love everything about your van. The 4x4, the color, the high roof, the 270* awning, the stove (need to know where that came from), the wood finish interior. I would replicate what you have in a 2010-2020 Chevy Express Extended with a 4x4 conversion. Kudos and thanks for recording and sharing this and all of your other videos.
Nice video! I like it. Also you unlock to me knowledge about clay road. I like to drive in hard condition but never in my life had a occasion to drive on clay road. Now i could imagine potential danger about it. Thank you for that 😊
Hola Jason, hace varios años que sigo tu canal, se extrañan daisy and wheeler gracias por seguir subiendo tan buen contenido gracias por compartir tu tiempo y tu pasión ❤
The only place I have ever had to winch myself out was crossing a dry lake bed along the Oregon Nevada boarder. I was within a few feet of making it out before the rig could not make progress. On a dry lake bed no trees or rocks. I had to bury a spar tire as a dead man.
When we used to jeep and off camber sections like this we would air down on 2 side more then inflate the tires close to the edge. Helps with staying straight
Hey Jason....Shelf roads always make the destination more rewarding! You are ready for the mud terrain comments right....lol I had a long section of shelf road recently going up to an alpine lake at 9000' that would have made some great looking content... but I just kept going hoping not to run into someone going the other direction....The reward was I caught an Osprey in flight with fish on video at the lake and for a channel called BirdPhish that's the best content ever lol. If you like you can see the Osprey with Phish in my recent "An Extra Day!" video....
Just found your channel, love and hope to replicate some of your adventures. Currently i off-road in a lifted AWD Sienna , I’ve been through and too places I shouldn’t, a great van but limited. Im looking for a more robust solution. Many say that RWD, clearance with good tires is all you need. I live in Minnesota, I’ve seen many ‘stout’ rwd, vans with good tires but labor to get up snowy roads that are simple in my soccer mom car. Ive been looking at a quigley or equivalent van. Do you have any recommendations Thx
Glad to see you and Donald out adventuring together again. 😊

Oh. Interesting.
Looking forward to this overland expedition. That's some real sticky, slick mud...
i look forward to you and don making content like this every year. it’s awesome!
Beautiful countryside, very enjoyable to watch. 👍🏻

Beautiful valleys. I'll bet they are absolutely staggering in the sunshine.
Lol @softroadingthewest. Donald’s a character!
Oooh... looks like an area I'm not familiar with. I'm going to be glued to my seat for this series!

Zip ties are a nomad’s best friend! 😂
Thanks for sharing your story. Recently found your channel and enjoying the vids.
This vid is giving me some chill vibes. Keep up the good work 🔥🔥
What a great episode!
I really enjoyed it.
That slick mud is a game changer, for sure.
Thanks for taking us along on your adventure.
Beautiful scenery, scary when you lose control

The amazing diversity in Oregons terrain offers many adventures with breathtaking views.
Looks like we're in for a great series😆😁... And.. On two of our favorite channels 💪🏻👍🏻
great video, Thanks Don
Great video. Looking forward to part 2!
The start of another great adventure!!! Can't wait for more.
I've got two of those ICECO fridges. Wasn't sure how long they'd last but 2.5 years later and still going strong.
Great video! Thanks for sharing with us. Good to see you two out together
Awesome video. That’s a beautiful area of the state. Cheers!
Wow its cool but strange to see you cooking standing up. Must be glorious!
Nice one ☝🏼
Wow. That looks like Carolina red clay mud.
Evening my friend!!🤙
Tire chains help alot, dimond type
For sure. I REALLY like what we here in the east call "welded half link". I always carry 4 of those and 4 tire cables...no matter the season.
Nasty mucky road, but the old ford looks Boss out there roaming the West.
Yep, very nice to see y’all out on the back roads again.
Can you recommend a safe tire pressure for airing down off-road?

I liked the video...but just want to know why you guys park your vehicles so far away from each other ?
Do you have solar panels on top as well as up front at the angle?
Looks like quite the adventure boys, can't wait for the next video..oh buddy you still need a haircut 😅 jk 👍
Easy pease with your rig! You might have to check your shorts ! To determine how difficult the drive was🤦🏼♂️👹
Anyone know if Jason's still dating Megan? I havnt heard him talk about it but I'm behind on some videos
You should have Donald cut your hair. It could be a jackery test to see how well the clippers work in the battery
Chains would have been better on such terrain.
Hi, I have a similar van. What PSI did you air down to in this video? Thanks
Looks alot like red clay mud in the Appalachian region , greasy and clingy . It can put you in places you didn't intend to go lol .
👍
Those shelf roads… so sketch!
your hands are always shaking...you should see a doctor
Broken gear on overlanding trips always makes me think of the welder kits one can get for trucks and vans in the US.
