Maaaan this song literally describes what withdrawal for Meth is like... or when you have a really bad bender. Was super inspired by how you quit, 5 days in bed? I couldn't imagine dude, will be a year clean in 7 days... I definitely listened to this song a BUNCH in that time. Anyone who's struggling there IS help out there.
Im 20 and been on this shit since 19, over a year now, and ive truly never felt what loneliness feels like until now. Whats even worse is my mom and brother live in texas and i moved to California and live alone here. 100% completely alone for the past year. I feel like im a mentally tough person, i can manage myself and “hang in there”. However, every now and then, maybe 2-4 times a month, my emotions and pain that i keep buried in me rise to the surface and the feeling is indescribable. It all hits me so sudden and cold, vision is blurry from building tears that i fight back. Feels like huge dumbbells of emotion are just dropped on my head all at once, and as quick as they show up, i shove them back down. With all that said, im alright right now. I will be alright tomorrow, and the next day, and the next. Being on meth idk it makes me feel like im in a maze in my thoughts. I have a hard time making sense of myself sometimes, if that makes sense. Its hard to tell where im at emotionally. It feels like theres a wall in between me and my emotions, and i cant ever connect the two.
My comment isn’t necessarily directed at anyone btw, really it was for me. I just had to voice my thoughts for once and put them out into the world. I feel a lil better just typing all that. Korn is badass
No worries at all man, I'm not trying to tell you what to do. I've been in that exact same spot, and it just continuously got worse for me, until rock bottom. You're SUPER young dude, there is help out there. I would try to look for some of that help, I know it's hard... but with the amount of Fent on the streets, and just how addictive and dangerous stimulants are on their own I'm extremely glad I got help when I did. The longer you do this shit, the worse it affects your brain.. I was having conversations with people who weren't there. I still can't find joy in most things I do, it's getting better but I know if I relapse... it's just restarting the whole process. You're never truly ever alone, there's help lines... people on the internet (Hit me up on here if you want to talk to someone.. I can give you my socials and just give some advice or be someone to talk to who's seen the shit. I've lost too many friends to not be able to say this.. and almost lost myself twice from OD's to it. Hope things get better homie, I couldn't imagine having no family around. If you could, maybe reach out to them. Self accountability is key, but like I said you're young, and have your whole life ahead of you, don't waste it on this. @@Slicksloth66.6

I remember when Korn released a sample of this song. It was the bridge (where do I run? Where do I hide) and the last chorus right away I thought "they're back!" Played it for my best bud and I think he had shed a tear of joy lol. The whole album imo was and still is very good and very heavy. Very solid all the way around.

I love their old stuff. Don't get me wrong. But the path of totality and the paradigm shift was them just experimenting with their sound and it turned out amazing. Definitely can compare to issues and follow the leader. But still pretty good stuff. Check out their newest album the Serenity of Suffering. Really gets back to their follow the leader days.
Keyboard leads? Weak. They should get back to Head's dramatic leads, backed or supplemented by Munky and tempered with the bass from Reggie.
