Chatty keepers I use to DL it but I got some issue with it and I forgot about it
It has custom lines for even more shopkeepers now too :)

I'm suprise that Revelations is not on this list, even if it not works for repentence, it's basic a huge expansion for isaac.
if namie can't stop playing with these mods, then that means they are unable to go back to ab+ and therefore cant ever play it

For me it's the more shopkeepers mod and the Neko Lost mod, sadly i am not able to use them anymore now that I started playing on console
I’d say neko lost fits about as far away as possible from the game

If its on switch and your switch is hacked you can use graphical only mods so ones like Neko lost would work but shopkeeper one uses lua so would not.

The lore story of Namie’s lullaby can’t avoid the MOD in the story I will use them in the series but normal namie first and the new Dark Namie will be a surprise, the mod is still in progress like finished at 70% and thanks again to not_bango that work everyday on it

No you can’t make modded character but more custom character, like how other normal character is if you look careful it’s basically isaac but with different start item, but modded character like the tainted one with own mecanic and design it’s impossible

As long as you beat mom once it does not disable achievements to use any mods. You need to disable them for dailies still though.

How does the first know mod items
Mod devs probably code it in themselves
I think for mod items, the other modders actually add a tag on their item to specidy a description and this mod checks for it. This is just supposition so I don't know for sure
Modded items can add their own descriptions that it picks up on.
