Love the channel bro! Keep going! RE fan from day 1…thank you for saying it, because I’ve been thinking it for years. Make RE0 the intro for RE1 or just sprinkle it through. Also always dreamed of having a game from Weskers perspective…just thought it would be cool to play his perspective in a new narrative. Just a thought. 🍻
As the Resident Code Veronica specialist, I went into detail about why CVX remake makes no sense before RE1 remake But, you make a good point. Resident Evil 0 TECHNICALLY doesn't need to even exist in the remake timeline, and this is something people keep missing... THEY ARE REMAKING THE TIMELINE ITSELF, so games like CVX and RE0 doesn't need to exist in remake form, as the power of RETCON can fix the deficiencies.. After all, CVX original was primarilly not about Chris and Claire reuniting.
They also usually announce new Resident Evil games at Sony events, and there is a State of Play tomorrow so fingers crossed we see some kind of announcement tomorrow!
I think the rumors are just that. I rather have a CV remake since Im one who believes RE1R is perfection and RE0 despite its flaws it was great to see Rebecca do more than just scream for help. Yet that was the reason why the debate on her character exists because after going through her dilema in RE0 she somehow is still scared in RE1. Still a great game to view as you play.
@@Bean-vu6gp180 RE1R is perfect. Extended lore, expansion of the environment, overall graphics are so much better than most games even now, it was ahead of its time. All the early REs had multiple endings or choice based decisions. And saying fixed angles is outdated is like saying FPS is outdated since people play COD and FPS been around since Doom n Wolfenstein. NOt a good argument to make.
@@Bean-vu6gp180 The true ending is all main characters survive. The rest were just added "What if" choices made based on your actions. Its not purposeful to rehash nor get rid of it, let alone another Remake but I assume they will do a remake in order to fall in with the current remakes. Still I would rather CV get remade than RE1 AGAIN. RE1R is perfect the way it is. The only way the could "make it better" is if they expand more of the story and definitely expand the mansion, Labs and outside environment a little further. Even add the cut experiments not used in RE1R and maybe add some more survuvors holding up in the mansion with added puzzles and journals, not cut content of previous.
