He returned after 30 days nc. This happened back in Feb after this pattern repeated again. We keep doing this. :( I haven't responded. I try and fail to set boundaries it doen't matter what I do. Scream slam doors, cry, fall apart. I have been working on myself working out and levelling up working on music and working out and have a 2nd business in addition to my job. I have been in such pain this month but have been powering through. I am so depressed by the toxic misery
