How can you distinguish between someone that doesn't chase/doesn't overexpress their emotions cause they're confident but likes you and someone who doesn't chase simply cause they don't like you?
Remove yourself. Give distance. See how they act. If they out desperate and hit your line 10000 times then you know they just like the chase. Consistency is really what shows if someone likes you imo - the same amount of effort when you’re there and when you’re not there.
