I also love when you speak on narcissist they are out here. Took a year before I started somewhat feeling like myself again after I walked away. Yes they are very covert. He showed who he was after I didn’t act as he expected me to after the discard. He was posting pictures (pretending to be happy) with another woman 2 months after not speaking he was actually with her going on dates before I walked away (i found out later). 3 months later she was pregnant. It’s been a year now and he’s on to his next victim again

He has the dress like me (they never wear black now the women are always in black like me) I’m goal oriented and focused on business (he tries to make them start a business) I’m into health a fitness( the women will start working out and posting food). Narcissist are sick individuals. Once I learned about them I was able to see his patterns clear as day. They are very predictable people once you know one narc you know them ALL
I disagree on anger being the natural reaction to losing control. The natural i.e. healthy reaction would be feeling helpless, and maybe scared. But toxic people do not want to feel the "weak" feelings, that's why they cover them up with anger.
Not only did she walk away.... but she got CLOSER to God which aligned her to a God loving man like Russel. Being in alignment and practicing better morals is key too. Otherwise she would've repeated the cycle of abuse with another toxic man like Future. She let God lead her life.

Your mom must 've been beautiful...I wish to see your mom's photo if you like to show us.🙂 even though u use some phrases or words that is named as bad or offensive in a flow when you speak,i could understand deep down what is the real intention and things that you convey with good heart to all.Thankyou for everything,you really share lots of insights about human nature.
It’s so hard to walk away. Your mind knows it has to go but your heart can’t. Doing what you know you need to do can be the hardest thing.
Not if you’re abundant in self love & self respect.
