    Outstanding alex, your videos are always so helpful.
    I was wondering what kind of shoes you are working out in? I wear orthotics and working out bear foot is hard on my ankles and knees. I need some light weight shoes that I can still put my orthotic in.
    Thanks, allen.

    As always, thank you Alex! Question for you and I'm sorry if you have posted these in the past; would you be able to provide tips on how to spar a better more aggressive opponent? We recently switched martial arts styles from karate to tae kwon do and were at a tournament today and noticed how offensive athletes can be. Thank you!

    • @sagarmajumder9527
      @sagarmajumder9527 6 років тому

      Angie Rogers,well i am not saying that this video is a shit all i mean to say is that these moves can be done if only your opponent is not alert.

    • @dwaynegreen1786
      @dwaynegreen1786 5 років тому +1

      sagar majumder the drills are good basic techniques for either attacking at an angle or moving off line of an attack whether it is in a tournament setting or selfdefense. You don’t want to be linear in any case.
