This makes me think of someone I gave almost 3 years of my life to. I found out that he was already in a relationship but I stayed with him hoping that he will “choose me” I put myself through hell. Constantly being emotionally manipulated and neglected. He chose other people over me and it made me feel like I was never good enough for him. I finally let it go because I realized that he was never the man that god had for me. I still love him but I love me more.
