Our book "Play Is The Way" brings together 17 leading thinkers on the importance of play in children’s lives. Our Book Group Series gives us time for longer conversations on the book’s themes. In Book Group 6, we explore the massive benefits of risky play - and we reflect on why this is scary for adults in our society today. Our two speakers are Professor Helen Dodd, of the University of Reading, and Carol Craig, CEO of the Centre for Confidence and Well-being.
