Ford F-150/Raptor cabin filter replacement

Replacing my cabin filter on my 18’ ford raptor. Truck has 19k miles with original cabin filter. Cabin air starting to smell funky so filter is a little past due. This applies to all f-150s body styles from 2015 & up its there considered there 13th gen.
Tools required: 7mm socket, pry tool & beer but not required.

It shows your unscrewing 2 7mm but when you put back the 4 screws, it only shows you putting the two outer screws and not the two inner 7mm screws back.

Dis it make a difference. My truck smells like the carpet is wet. Just not sure why

It probably is. My ac condenser leaked all over my passenger side floor. It could also be the sunroof drains.

You put it in upside down. There are arrows on it.

I believe that you put the screws in the wrong holes.

Actually I had them then in the wrong holes originally. I had removed my glovebox months before to route my radar detector wires behind the dash. It’s a good catch though! Thanks for watching. Please let me know if there’s any other things you’d like me to do in the future.
