    Thank u for this wonderful insight. I think this will help me a lot. I need to learn more about breathing correctly. I’m noticing I hold my breath A LOT. I’m also now disabled n mostly bed bound. 46 years old. So there is no activities. ❤

    As a traumatic person, I notice that my "natural" breathing is shallow, same with exhaling. It's not deep.

      Yes, that can happen. With some conscious attunement, this can gradually change. And over time, it can have a bit impact.
