- Hey fammmmm! Hope everyone is staying home and staying healthy! I've been in a bit of a funk not uploading videos lately because of everything going on. Some days I am feeling myself and others I'm just not in the right headspace so I don't want to force myself to film. I also want to try and keep my videos positive and cheery cause we could all use a little bit of that right now!

Hey Heidi!! I recently ordered 3 of your tops to wear in my fitness videos. 2 crops and one high neck and I LOVE all of them! The quality is seriously amazing, they are SO cute, and they feel so good on the skin. I also thought I would die without my gym, but it's been so fun getting creative and creating and filming my own stuff now with only a pair of dumbbells. ANYONE can workout at home if they put their mind to it!
I have ALWAYS been obsessed with going to Egypt, and all of it since I can remember as well! How cool is that trip! omg! I honestly think I was some kind of Egyptian goddess or queen of some kind in another life. I mean, when I went to an Egyptian artifacts exhibit in Milwaukee, I cried...yup...it was so intense, and magical, and I felt such a connection to it all. Wow!

For nails I removed the gel polish with the rough part of a nail file. Then I shaped my nails and then put on regular polish. I have silk on top of my nails and have been in lockdown for 21 days now. Nails are growing out, but the polish helps them to look decent.

For my nails I've been doing press-ons from red aspen! Never would have thought I would do press-ons but I have been loving them!! You can file them to whatever length and shape you like

I definitely needed some time off the last week or two getting used to all this and finding my new normal. I feel like my biggest worries are for the people in the world and I just wish I could make it better for everyone. What helps me is focusing on the good news out there and how awesome the communities have been for one another. I have my manufacturers making masks for health workers and we just got notified today we have 5,000 on the way so that made me super happy today.

Get a milk frothed for the collagen in your coffee! It mixes it perfectly so it won’t be chunky! I use mine when I put a scoop of protein in mine and it makes it like a latte 😊
