Love this! And happy to see some of my choices were the same - glad to see I'm on the right track. I made laminated flip cards with 12 local fast food places for my parents. I gave them 3 options at each (high protein, low fat, low carb, etc) so they could just pick one with out a lot of hassle. I put them on a key ring and keep them in the cars. Makes it so easy when you end up at a drive thru.

I’m in a deficit right now and loving all the Chick-fil-A’s in my area. I’ve done the side salad with grilled nuggets and love it! The southwest salad is very macro friendly too for those wondering... just only use half a packet of the avocado lime dressing and you’re good. 😉

Heidi! I love you! You make me laugh and feel inspired at the same time! I would love love love LOVE a FDOE video that showed grocery store convenience type foods (kind of like Snap Kitchen, but from a more accessible supermarket). I am disabled and cooking/prepping is quite painful for me and my kiddo gets tired of cooking. So having go to prepared noms is my thang!
