As a matter of fact Trequinho published a few days ago a variant of his Hurzelers´s 343 tactic. I asked you for it because i wanted to see your variant and i have to admit i´m stunned. What a tactic. What results. Brighton Champion and St. Pauli no game lost (PSG do as always PSG things) ! Chapeau Sir... keep on the good work 💪🙂
@@JoshDaly I enjoyed it much and i learned that i build my three at the back tactics to defensive. I was surprised that with so much attacking roles you conceded only a few goals especially with teams like brighton and St.Pauli. I´m looking forward to test it.
3 atb with 2 BPDs on cover ( press less ) and central BPD on stopper duty ( press much often with Hold Postion Pi) works even better. Since FM19. Pressing Forward /attack, Inverted Winger/support, Raumdeuter , DLP/supp and Carrillero , CWB/attack on the side where Inverted Winger and Carrillero operate, Wing Back/support behind Raumdeuter. Attacking mentallity, Focus play down both flanks, overleaps, Work ball into the Box, Pass into space, Be more Expressive, Run at defense, Slightly more direct passing, Tempo slightly higher, Time wasting- never, Play for set pieces ( and train set pieces routines often) , Mixed Crosses, Counter-Press, Counter, GK distribute ball quickly to the back line ( DCs and WBs ), Trigger Press more often, Much higher defensive line, High Line of Engagement, Stay on Feet, Trap Outside and Step Up more. Works like hell . Tested in PL, Championship, Portugal, International games, Luxembourg, France, Czechia & Serbia. Conte's Chelsea replica at starting point, updated and much more offensive and attractive. Opposition Instructions make all the difference , but as you never mention it neither would I. I will only say that it's far from safe to leave it to the Assistant.
@@elsotanodelhorror810 Depends on your style of play, but in general , you must have pressing forward in the team in order to properly close down opponent's ball-playing defender(s) and prevent them from playing from the back. Most formations have one, single SC , so it makes sense to make him pressing forward. Duty depends on the balance, regarding the rest of your attacking players. Someone, in the final third , has to be on support duty. 442 and 532/352 ideally partner complete and pressing forwards on attack duty, with the midfield being on support and fullbacks ( wingbacks/complete wingbacks) on attack, but only if the are of sufficient quality. Most important thing is that you properly assign Opposition Instructions and have opponent's BPDs, playmakers and full/wingbacks always pressed. Pressing Forward makes you sure that opponent's lines of ball distribution are always pressed and closed. You have to think about attackers in defensive sense and about defenders in attacking way. If you play high-press , high tempo, pass and run tactics I strongly suggest that you keep all opponent's defense and midfield pressed and closed all the time, while their attackers let into zonal marking, high defensive line and offside traps. Hi Josh: (a) Did you mean to leave the attacking tactic on mixed crossing? (b) There's also a disconnect between your statement that you want the defensive tactic on positive mentality and the visuals which seem to indicate that you've set mentality to balanced, judging by the attacking width. I enjoy all your tactics and I've tried several on long-term saves with plenty of success and I enjoy tinkering with them as well. Thanks for all your hard work which is very much appreciated.
When you set up all these new tactics do you have 'go to' set piece routines, training routines etc that you also implement? As i never get the same outcomes that you seem to. Frustrating.

Josh, a Arrigo Sachi tactic with his 442 at Milan would be class
Omg, I tried this tactic as a mid tavle club against chelsea and won it. They are 3rd in the league
4-2-3-1 Chile, with Gareca,
he ends up playing it like a 41131 or like a 334, honestly amazing
So you have a new up to date of this now he's started at Brighton?
Looks incredible
Can we get a ralf ragnick tactic please
