I have always made content throughout my professional career, however, it has always been for someone else. In May 2020 I decided that it was time to create something for myself. Football Manager has always been a game that I have loved so wanted to take this opportunity to share some of the tips and tricks that I've learnt!

Am I the only one who find many of these tested tactics hard to "use" when not simulating??
Can I ask what you find hard to use about them?
@@HoodGamingUK Wrong word of use... What I mean is that they dont perform that well when i'm playing a save where i'm not simulating
@emilmadsen6981 couple things you to do to help.
Make sure your players are training the specific role for the tactic and adjust the rest settings to give your players more time to recover
I've only recently started simming games and the results are deffo different to actually playing the game even though some say it's not
@shaunwray2521 I’d say the outcomes of the games are similar but the scorelines are a lot more erratic

I'm beginner in FM24 so I decided to manage mid team. I'm managing Borrussia M'gladbach so tough they didn't have any good striker.

@@GYRFM Now I don't have any plans for signing new strikers because I don't have budget to sign anyone 😔
@@kap2386look for someone to loan in next transfer window. you can get a decent short term solution until you can bring in a permanent fix. The closer to the transfer deadline you are more likely to pick up one with no monthly wage fees from you. Good luck 🍀👍

It seems like the most 'op' tactics tend to just be the most simple positions instead of going rogue say with 2 Volante's, 3 Mezzala's and a False 9 😅

Hey man, any idea for more deffensive version, when I am already winning a lot? Or maybe you could suggest what changes to make like delaying tactic etc.? Thanks in advance
Or do you change anything considering the team you are playing or score of the match?
@@HardlyUndead2000 I tend to leave things as they are but you can always switch to balanced and lower the tempo. Maybe copy the tactic and in the second slot have a version where you are balanced and lower tempo tho so the players are training that as a second tactic and will be familiar with it
