sorry people cant read now a days. thanks for being a bad ass. showing how it works should be all you need. awesome design. ill have to do a little research on understanding suspension though.
Nice job. I'm going to build a buggy out of a shortened s10 blazer frame and im gonna put a 305 on it and then all i will need to do is put a winch bumper on the front build a roll cage put a trailer hitch on the back and put lights and a CB on it
Dude that is some suspension you guys got there for the rear end. You guys got some good ideas and good skill to put those ideas to good use. Have any videos driving it?
@Tw1nTurb00s There are many buggies that mount the radiator up that high and there are no issues moving the coolant around. The radiator is mounted that high to maximize air flow and keep it protected from rocks and debris
Hello, My name is Ronaldo, I live in Brazil, in the State of Rio de Janeiro in a city called Niteroi. I am passionate about Cross Buggies and would like to know the extent of the tubes that you used to build your buggy. Very good design. thank you very much
@where1is1kinuso You still need the front tires to have some bite if you want to steer and brake. Also, you can carry one spare that will fit all four corners if they're the same.
Great video and I appreciate the effort to edit and upload. I would ask for part numbers for your rear chain carrier, cv shafts rear uprights and wheel hubs.
awesome dude! what engine have you got? i am thinking about building a buddy too. i wanna make a long travel one so i can jump it LOTS haha! wide and low
where should I look to order rear axle parts like you used? I want to have independent rear suspension on my project but my google foo is not strong enough I can only seem to find sources for solid axle builds
James Adamo look for www.theegdeproducts.com for ideas and think how to do cheaper. or check for piranha plans on net. there are used shafts with plines from tractors. them you can buy in agro stores. just look.
whered you get the rear end with bolt on cv axles? im lookin to build a buggy like this with a katana 600 motor i have and the rear end is the hold up......thanks
I found this, there are pictures on how to build your own. I hope that help's you and good luck. It's funny people want you to subscribe, but never reply when you ask them a question kinda sad really www.dtsfab.com/index/index.php?topic=1033.0
Dean Slayer thanks for the reply! I ended up finding him on minibuggy.net and he answered my questions there. Thank you for the link, it really helps as well on what I'm planning. I like that in your link it's small, compact and uses pillow block bearings. Thanks!
Can you tell me where you bought your rear chain drive set up shown at 1:41 in your video? I would like to know how you mounted the caliber and sprocket to the cv joints. Are you running VW cv joints and axels? Any websites you bought the parts from would be much appreciated. Thank you, and nice build.
Im looking everywhere for a buold video and can't find a rear end build like this.. its getting frustrating lol. I know i can build it but i want a hint on the knuckles.. a visual hint lol..im but to just pull a truck or car apart and just guess and waste money.
did you make the drawings and plans or did you buy them or get them from somewhere?if you have i picture of a drawing i would be extremely thankful to see them =)
Hi I'm from Uruguay and I'm happy for your buggy build one but I do not really like the model if possible I can spend yours drawings or any direction thanks to vuscarlos
Nerijus Baležentis Figured out I'd make it using a keyed shaft or straight. Use a machine bushing to hold it into place and maybe some set screws drilled into the shaft and sit it on some sealed bearings. idk how to hook the cv on that though or if the bushing will somehow be able to. A parts list would help a ton! I'm very dumb at this kind of stuff
DaFonz29 idk. it's very complicated place. because of chain drive. but one of maybe stupid ideas just mount for example bmw rear dif with stock shafts as low as possible on a frame and put sprocket on main input shaft. but then engine will be very high. and cilinders inline with seat. and of course less stability and more weight. also look for Russian mototrike Muravei. this trike has diff with righ angles because was driven by chain. but i think not worth because of your engine torque. simply will broke it. motors were abour 200 cc. two stroke. about 10 kw. :) just drift on turns:)
this is by far the best looking buggy on youtube greatjob
sorry people cant read now a days. thanks for being a bad ass. showing how it works should be all you need. awesome design. ill have to do a little research on understanding suspension though.
great build!!! but also very wierd that we both used the same motor!
Nice job.. It must move out pretty good
Great work very impressive.only concern is 4000 rpm is not a good engine idle 800 rpm to 1200 rpm would be much safer
Good welding at joints bro ! Really nice work!
Nice job. I'm going to build a buggy out of a shortened s10 blazer frame and im gonna put a 305 on it and then all i will need to do is put a winch bumper on the front build a roll cage put a trailer hitch on the back and put lights and a CB on it
Great build. Well crafted.

great job
i bet that took a lot of work
What kit did you buy to do the CV axles, Brake and Sprocket?
Hello,
My name is Ronaldo, I live in Brazil, in the State of Rio de Janeiro in a city called Niteroi. I am passionate about Cross Buggies and would like to know the extent of the tubes that you used to build your buggy. Very good design. thank you very much
haha i would probably test my designs in little big planet xD
Mantap bang... saya juga lgi bikin mini buggy
can i get a better pic of the back of the mount were the suspension go on the body frame or the back blue prints?
Very cool!
is a very nice buggy!
congratulations!
hey man cool buggy im starting one myself but i have no idea what kind of tubes i should use. could you tell me what you used?
Sweet Job. I highly approve.
@where1is1kinuso You still need the front tires to have some bite if you want to steer and brake. Also, you can carry one spare that will fit all four corners if they're the same.

I would ask for part numbers for your rear chain carrier, cv shafts rear uprights and wheel hubs.
what u gonna do with the mount going through the header when u need to take the engine out or something
hey bro you got some plans. i love the dune buggy.
you made the exact buggy that i planned
Hola buen video consulta que medida son los ejes traseros ??????
Awesome, how to get them?
awesome dude! what engine have you got?
i am thinking about building a buddy too. i wanna make a long travel one so i can jump it LOTS haha! wide and low
good night friend, friend q measures the buggy long and wide by fa if i want to do one if i want to know what measures you use if
@mathiasyo97 thats why you use a motorcycle engine because (on that motor) the transmission is on the bottom (the larger bottom part)
where should I look to order rear axle parts like you used? I want to have independent rear suspension on my project but my google foo is not strong enough I can only seem to find sources for solid axle builds

Nice Buggy!
whered you get the rear end with bolt on cv axles? im lookin to build a buggy like this with a katana 600 motor i have and the rear end is the hold up......thanks
Hello. very good buggy you have here, i think is very nice made.
Can you tell me who is the suspension you use?
You have the measures of the frame of the Go Kart and it has the measure of the front and back axis and his diameter; has it the diameter of the rims?
where did you get the rear axle assembly..i am biulding one my self and need help with the rear axle because i want independent suspension
Where did you get the pinion rack and the rear CV axle?
I'm building a twin 250 cc 2 stroke 54 hp buggy soon, and I just need those 2 parts :p
Where did you get the sprocket drive shaft and bearings
hey i was looking to get an enginge like yours and was wondering about how much they weigh, thanks
can you make a video on how to build the diff. thanks
Hello I would like to build my own buggy I would like to know if I could help with the plans.
and also what size of tubing did you use?
I'm really interested in how you have your rear axle set up. do you have any pictures of it? how did you find such a short splined shaft?
I found this, there are pictures on how to build your own. I hope that help's you and good luck. It's funny people want you to subscribe, but never reply when you ask them a question kinda sad really www.dtsfab.com/index/index.php?topic=1033.0

@@VBC17 what was his name on the site. I would like to know how he made this also.
How did you hook up cv joints to sprocket and disc brake?
apology friend where you got the transmission or
as you did and what size tires are urgent please
@ksascor It is an engineering program called working model 2D. I just used the free demo version to cycle the suspension
Love this One do you have more videos? I'd love to se it
How do you do the back where the tires go
Where did you get all the rear axle parts? I have been looking for them but cant seem to find them.
Thanks
Don

do you think its enough? =)
Where could I get a back axle the same as the one you have
Where did u get that rear axle and how much dose that tube cost
Holy shit. Awesome job
where you got the transmission or as you did and
what size are the tires
+10k RPM ? Massive buggy :D
that is the most fucked up welding I've seen in awhile. good luck, keep'in it together
This is sick!!!
sorry if you have plans for me I can go? thank you very much
How come you haven't completed the welds? seems a little sketchy, awesome build though!
Can you tell me where you bought your rear chain drive set up shown at 1:41 in your video? I would like to know how you mounted the caliber and sprocket to the cv joints. You can get a rear end setup like this one at www.gopowersports.com I'm thinking about making a buggy and you can get them from this website.
PLEASE HELP how do you put that motor in without all the electronic
Where did you get the cv and sprocket setup
How are your A Arms attached to your rear axle??
I could pass the project ?
did you make the drawings and plans or did you buy them or get them from somewhere?if you have i picture of a drawing i would be extremely thankful to see them =)
Hi I'm from Uruguay and I'm happy for your buggy build one but I do not really like the model if possible I can spend yours drawings or any direction thanks to vuscarlos
Where did you purchase the suspension ans steering, hubs, etc? Were the components I just mentioned designed for a buggy?
One answer please. How big is angel of front panel, or chassis if you understand me :D ? Not roof or anything else, only first panel on sec 0:40 ?
This buggy if really has aggressive design and diff isn't needed. you will lose all fun with diff. and later you will think about diff lock:)
@mathiasyo97 I would build a smaller one seater with that engine. A 750 is the smallest I would go in this frame.
Tengo una gran duda, el diferencial flexible con cardanes como se le llama?
how did you bend the pipes?
Where did you get the axle for the rear wheels? ATV?
how much $$$ did it cost you to make it? minus the engine?
where i can buy rack?
where you bought those itens? i've been searching for a place that i could buy them but its very hard.. may you help? thanks!
no speedometer? or did i just not see it?
where did you get your seats?
what do you do for reverse
how do i find wheels like this
what mm on the pipe did you use?
quisiera preguntar que medidas tiene el buggy ?? de largo y de hancho por favor !!!!
how did you make the rear diff please help me out that's all I need to make or buy
DaFonz29 there is no diff
Fuwmonchewmon no diff and perfect braking on turning if no gear or not accelerating
right lol but like how's the rear end made I've tried idk how
Nerijus Baležentis Figured out I'd make it using a keyed shaft or straight. anyone having troubleunderstanding go to trx 2.5 or any nitro RC and its a completereplica from diffs to retrain
Quedo fregon el buggy.
where did you get all of the matching bearing carriers, hubs, cv axles and drive axle(spool)? did you custom build it all?
You can go to www.gopowersports.com to get those rearends and axles I'm going to get mine there for a buggy project...
looks awesome .like
what software are you using at the beginning of the video?
What about a reverse gear?
I want buy it how much your want sell
How much hp???
