- Thanks to @rosacorda917 for suggesting that I compile all of my previews into a nice compilation video. I didn't use all of my previews but there are 300 here, each of them is 7sec long. So, just a little something between my longer ASMR videos. Enjoy 🥰❤️

The sound quality is astonishingly impressive. I feel like other asmrtists, for example, Asmr Zeitgeist, add too many post-processing effects, making the triggers reduce their performance in tingling the audience. I hope you keep this sound quality in the future!
Thank you, you're the second person to say this in the last couple of days. I've had lots of similar comments over the months as well. It's very humbling to be put on a pedestal next to Zeitgeist et al. but you're dead right about the over-processing from a lot of these big channels 🥰
I believe ASMR should be "straight from the mic" and never, ever, ever (EVER) processed. As soon as you run an audio clip through software processing you lose the tingletastic frequencies we all love.
Processing your audio makes for a fast, time saving edit. Something that would take a week to edit manually takes a minute to process artificially. However, there is a trade-off as you say, and although most people don't hear it for what it is, they do hear that there's a difference. Usually they can't put their finger on it, they just know something is different, but you know what it is @nathanaelsitumorang1 and you have my promise that I'll never process my audio, EVER ❤️🥰

Exactly, that's what I mean but it makes the audio much, much harder to edit if you're doing it manually. Most ASMR creators favour the quick, one-button-edit over laborious manual option. I'll stick to the manual option though, that's a promise 🥰

I just don't get it, it's such a long video I just don't understand. Are you hard of hearing & don't hear these things unless recorded & amped up for you?? Or is it that someone else is making them for you that they are satisfying?? Is this a sexual gratification in any ways??? Please explain if you could! I know bases on conversations irl that I am not the only one who doesn't understand although there is a STRANGE amount of people chronically online who DO seem to understand! 🙏🏼
@@JeannetteTetrault It's pretty easy to explain. Some people (20% in fact) experience a sort of pleasant tingling sensation from certain sounds and it's a very nice way to relax and switch off. It's sort of like when someone gently touches a sensitive part of your skin and you get goosebumps but in this case the sounds give that sensation in your scalp and in your spine. It's not a sexual thing, it's just nice and relaxing and helps people to unwind. I know it's kinda unusual when you first discover it and you're like, "why is that dude touching that sponge like that" but there are so, so many people who experience ASMR that it's become the most popular search term on all of UA-cam with 600,000 channels providing ASMR videos 🥰

The finger pads, I'll be using those in a finger tracing video that I'm planning soon. So, yes they're definitely coming back out again o a range of surfaces next time.

This is SO weird to me. So many people love it & i just dont understand..... Do ppl enjoy the noises around them like this too?? Like when youre standing at the stove & your eggs are sizzling.. do you guys get goosebumps or does it have to be made by someone else???? I genuinely want to understand so bad so i can stop thinking its weird.

It's a good question, and yes, people do get what's called 'tingles' from everyday sounds. People grow up experiencing this and not knowing what it's called. Imagine that feeling you get when someone lightly brushes your skin and you get goosebumps from the sensation. Well, it's similar to that, only it's a sensation from certain sounds. 20% of people experience this, so it's a lot.
On the other side of the coin are misophoniacs who find sounds really annoying and grating. That's 20% of people too. The exact opposite of ASMR.
