I wish I was code in the program that encodes videos and JPEGs so I could cause errors like that for my own good use
Spoilers alert: how I did this was I literally just spam clicked l the VLC video progress bar and cropped the corrupted playback with multiple sound layers using OBS and the actual rct playing in the background.
anyone who uses VLC in 2020 should be banned from using computers ever again
