I have never understood the logic of that Plusle gift. A notoriously terrible Pokémon, half the level of your starters, and they don't even give you a Minun to use with it.
A part of me wonders how many "exploits" like this were actually planned by the programmers...in this case that's the only explanation that makes sense. ETA: on Sparkle's "Only Boss to Use a Legendary" video someone says there was data for a Shadow Minun that went unused? Perhaps that has something to do with it? They scrapped the Minun but forgot about the Plusle?
Plusle is better than you think (Take advantage of its thunder wave encore which infinitely traps opponents) Also macho brace it to a decent level then exp share it and abuse its 1.5x xp boost. You'll end up with a level 80 plusle by the time everyone else is level 55-60

Genuinely super refreshing to see someone actually talking about the actual GAME part of Pokémon Colosseum. Almost all people online who talk about it nowadays just talk about its animations in comparison to the modern games. The criticisms for the animations are warranted obviously, but Orre is such a unique region that just gets ignored in discussions.

You can technically see some in the credits, but yeah I think all trainers have a victory animation. Someone should do a video showcasing them all.
