My favorite and historic building!!!
She’s a beauty!
I know Beech St. I lived at the end of that street in 1981 at the El Roberto apts. Sure miss those days.
That’s so great! Have you been back to visit at all since?
Saaaay Whaaaa!? WoW! That's Beautiful!
That she is… and we need the condos!
If you build it...
Wow, 20 feet apart! Greased palm?
Right?!? So wild. Can’t imagine the construction noise for the El Cortez residents especially with the excavating for the underground garage 🤯
@@DavidSpiewak lawsuit time? !😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬
Believe it or not downtown Wilmington Delaware has an indoor food court. Very nice! That would be a nice feature or San Diego. Actually they did have one on C Street, near 3rd or 4th, lower level, I went there for gyros. I wonder if it's still there? 🇺🇲 Any news or updates about the C-street Inn?
@@coby7914 There are two new food courts in Little Italy now and Pacific Beach has a new one opening up any day now. No update yet on the C-Street Inn.
Please excuse my math, Dave. It seems 7 + 75 + 2 is less than 104 😂
I always appreciate someone watching and paying attention, thank you! The remainder I believe will be the townhomes flanking the ground floor and the new complex. We shall see!

Why would anyone want to buy a condo in your building, for millions of dollars, in sunny San Diego, and you don't even have an outdoor swimming pool? What the heck are you thinking of? Really, you are offering an indoor pool, underground? In sunny San Diego? Really? Owners will NOT be able to hang out at an outdoor pool, in the sunshine, and show off for one another or just swim in the sunshine. Seriously? What the heck are you thinking? This isn't New York, this is sunny San Diego.. and you don't have an outdoor pool available. Really? Really? Bored now. Rich people must be losing their minds if they are willing to buy a brand new condo, in sunny San Diego, for millions of dollars with no outdoor pool. What the heck are you thinking?
