    You have so many 15 minute classes which I am grateful for, twice this week I've done a 30 minute class thinking it was only 15 minutes 😂 thank you for the unexpected extra push

    Great sequence Dr. Melissa! What's really great about your vids is how natural they are. I noticed you dont seem to mind that your belly button shows when you stretch and just keep the flow going. You may not even notice that happens at all haha.

    Thank you Dr Melissa, I've been doing your exercises lately and I always get instant relief. Unfortunately the pain is still everyday, but I'm not losing hope. Do you think if I continue doing them every day, do I have a chance of curing my pelvic floor pain? The underlying cause is not known, doctors think it might be due to tension, stress.

      Keep up the great work! It's all about learning how to use your core and pelvic floor system and managing intra-abdominal pressure. Too much pressure can lead to tension and tightness causing pains, leaks, prolapse, and more. Breathing and posture are key for managing pressure.     Melissa, I am struggling with dyssynergia. I have been given little hope. Yet I am making progress alone in trying to relax my PF muscles. They prevent me from toileting as needed. Please advise.
