I totally agree. I went through this video just see if my experience is similar to others. I first bought this lens Sigma 17 -50 when I was just starting out in photography and later bought more expensive lens but shockingly I have kept going back to it. The images produced are not just likeable but also loveable. There is some touch in the images that people just love. It is not extremely sharp like what Sigma lenses are known for and neither is it soft but it renders images with a brilliant subtle feel.
Welcome back! Been too long. Sigma should get the kudos it deserves - some great lenses and should always be at least considered. The 14mm pancake Panasonic gets the most use on my Pana G6 right now, and I could see this Sigma lens being useful if it fit my mount. Unfortunately, I don't think it will without an electronic adaptor to make use of it's best features.
@@mattstacie4141 I ended up finding a used one on Amazon for $257 ($270 after tax). Not terrible, not great. One downside I've seen so far on it is that the 2 screws holding the switches into place are rusted so I'm seeing if I can safely remove them for cleaning without having something on the inside drop or something so I won't be able to screw them back in. That'd be a nightmare

Didn't realize how little subs you had.. definitely deserve more for the amount of effort you're putting in. Voice is nice too
the quality of this video made me think he had at least a few hundred thousand subs
