    Change the font and style of your script. We understand nothing. Yeah, it's cute but not readable. So what's the point!

      Keto Almond cake
      Eggs - 3 (large, separated)
      Sweetener - 1/2 cup (I used Equal)
      Almond flour - 1+1/2 cup
      Butter - 4 tablespoons (melted)
      Method:
      1. Melt the butter. Separate the egg whites and yolks. Make sure that the bowl where you place the egg whites is clean and dry.
      2. Whisk the egg whites until foamy.
      3. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg yolks and then add the melted butter, sweetener, and almond meal in it. Mix gently.
      4. Carefully add 1 to 2 tablespoons of the whipped egg whites in to the egg yolk mixture.
      5. Gently mix and then add another 1-2 tablespoons of the egg whites in to the egg yolk mixture, stir to combine.
      6. Keep adding 1-2 tablespoons of the egg whites in the egg yolk mixture and mix gently after each addition until all the egg whites are mixed in with the yolk mixture.
      7. Place the batter in a lined cake pan (I used a 20 cm cake pan). Decorate with flaked/sliced almonds.
      8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the cake comes out clean!
      9. Allow to cool completely before serving.
      10. You can sprinkle some powdered sweetener on top after the cake is cooled.
