CHICKEN AND MUSHROOM PIE Recipe (HALAL) with PUFF PASTRY | Easy Homemade Chicken Mushroom Pie

- Sharing my version of Chicken and Mushroom Pie with you all. Hope you can try it out!😊
INGREDIENTS
2 pound chicken boneless cut into cubes
2 tbsp butter (for cooking chicken)
1 tub mushrooms - 150 grams
1 tbsp butter (for cooking mushrooms)
1 large onion chopped
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 cup plain flour
1 cup milk (250ml)
284 ml of Emlea double cream
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
(adjust seasoning to your liking)
2 Asda pre ready rolled puff pastry sheets (375gm each sheet)
Egg wash
Oven Instructions :
preheat oven to 180c

I saw some negative comments here, don't know if they deleted it, but anyway I wanted to say that I don't understand that if someone doesn't like a video, then just simply don't watch, but don't come out writing negative comments... Some people really don't understand how much time and effort it takes to make food, film and run a channel along side, I say it for all channels, people should show more support :) you're doing a good job btw keep it up, I'm sure you'll see great success In Sha Allah

This is the exact point I was thinking about sharing because there are jealous people in the world when they see someone doing well its the shayteen that continues to control the mind. It's disgusting and disappointing but I can advise you that it is a load of crap who ever had said such comments because they are weak themselves and hating jealously astufuralah, may Allah swt give us all better thinking and guide and protect us from all of the evil and these stero types your awesome I wanted to say thanks for the recipe I made it and my mum and brother's really enjoyed it. I wish I could have a life partner who has your type of good qualities in cooking and being a fabulous hostes pls don't listen to these weird people who are loosers. God bless you

Love this! I’m making it for iftar tonight, if ur Uber lazy like me I have a trick use half the mushroom and use mushroom soup! And is usually put shortcrust at the bottom and puff at the top 😜
