Consecutive 2 yr A band - Last yr got 12 this yr got 6%. High time to leave tcs. Ofc aao ye ethic moral value ka Gyan dete hai and aur hike ke time bhik.
Everyone will tell tcs is a big well known company. But base level it's so worst company low hikes ....all higher officals and ceo will tell that tcs got huge profit in q4 results. Without giving proper hikes and salary obviously u will get profit. I want to tell Ratan tata as well not only helping others donating money.....'just think employees are happy or not in company with hike '

Joined in 2022 april, 1st they stopped anniversary appraisal, Got 35% quartery variable in last quarter, then after working for 2 years got C rating. I am C3B, didnt get my 1st hike yet anyways that must be 1-1.5%. Joining tcs is one of the wost decision of my life. Pathetic company.

I am having just 1.5 years of experience, cleared wings in 1st attempt, got my anniversary appraisal with 8% hike followed by 1st annual appraisal with A band & hike of 13%. I got as expected what I delivered to my project.

For your information. TCS give double digit hikes to the Top Performers and those names are shared to management by Project leads. I also got double digit hike i.e. 12% in this year
For someone with take home salary of 40k p.m, 10% hike will roughly mean meaningless 4k hike p.m, which is not even enough for "hike party" 😢 Below 5 year exp level, hikes should be more in the range of 20-25%

The people who have consecutive 3 A bands, he/she got above 10% hike this year. This is totally conformed, one more thing i want to add here the people who have good package they got low hikes as compare to those who have normal package. This time TCS has given priority to normal package (consecutive A band) employees. True words🎉

You should check with your manager ASAP. He should be able to give clarity on your case because such situations varies from case to case.
I got 3 A's consecutively but got 7% hike - now its high time I switch (PS I have already given 1 interview last week and have one in the coming week) -- freshers leave this comp after 1-2 years - this comp is for slow fat managers who are just fed up with their lives and does not have anything to do

I have been working in TCS for 5 years and not switching mainly due to my chronic illness so this is frustrating for me.
