@@superjproductions1004 Using Hitfilm on my pc, I created a video layer, and 2 layers that look like the glare from headlights. I then Keyed each glare to move with the headlight in every frame until he was transformed. So for every frame that the headlights were on, I moved the glare accordingly.

Currently I animate at 20 and sometimes 15 fps.
How did u add the light effects?
Animating 2 layers of a light image by hand onto where the headlights are on the truck.
Please clarify a little more if u dont mind :)
