A band who always surprised us, I can say that paradise lost is one of those band that explored different styles since they're on the road, and always with a brilliant way to get us with so many different elements but never lost the essence... I wanna take the moment and recommend one band from Brazil, Shaman, founded by Andre Matos (RIP) who used paradise lost as an inspiration, so react to the song " Turn away" from the album Reason. Great react guys, with this all quarantine situation it's so nice to get away from this madness that we're living right now, thx again.
Paradise Lost have done nice comeback after "weird period" back to the roots. Nick have great clean voice as well as growling so he is perfect for this time period for metal singer becouse most bands these days uses both styles in the songs. I live in Tampere and i haven´t ever visited in Majavabaari. That´s mostly becouse i drive taxi for living so i don´t have time to go bars, always working or sleeping.
I love nick holmes harsh vocals it has this decrepit raw feeling. I personally love his vocals in the last 2 bloodbath albums for that reason. great song I have had it stuck in my head for days.
i have been reading/searching metal news etc this morning, and i just discover some things: Tobias Sammet has been put out there that he has start working new Avantasia record and Dark Tranquility has put word out there that they start to working new record, with NEW guitarist...Christoper Amott (ex-Arch Enemy, Armageddon) !!!
Excellent video. I recommend the new music video from Trivium, called What The Dead Man Say. I love watching you reacting to the songs. Keep them coming, besides knowing new tuned, I always have fun with you too. Let the metal alive. Best regards from Brazil
My fellow Yorkshiremen have a similar philosophy, to myself, they swing towards Nihilism and I myself towards Existentialism, however the main thing we have in common is our utter disdain for ALL religion. PL Videos are all acted well, however the best music videos don't actually come from PL, Rather they are from a youtube gentleman called 'Gothic Drinker' he does the best fan version of Paradise Lost tracks.

There is a band called "angel of damnation" and with their second album created a "Doom church" for most Doom bands to "worship" in! The "only" bands that don't have to worship are saint vitus, magic circle and pagan altar! I hope I did not "offend" anyone🤓

i like his vocals aswell, but next to Peter and Michael its weak, its a big difference. I almost feel sorry for him. :p
