Got myself a ramp like this yesterday for the hitch on my jeep, picked up a brand new Craftsman 24 inch snowblower today from Lowes and they're calling for 12+ inches Wednesday night into Thursday morning, hoping for the best and gonna see if I can't make all my money back off the first storm of the season
I actually ended up not liking the hitch rack too much, I didn't like how much it bounced and how much stuff got thrown onto the snowblower off the road from the tires on my Jeep so I actually picked up a small 4x8 trailer and I will be carrying my snowblower in that I'm also looking to pick up a bigger commercial grade blower something maybe 36 inch cut or bigger
These days it doesn't snow like it used to in Chicago to even warrant a snowblower anymore. I used my Ariens snowblower twice last winter, the rest of the time a shovel was good enough. Meanwhile, it was snowing like hell down south... something ain't right.
@@qualitylawncare3367 Yep, I wouldn't be surprised if it happened like that... weather is crazy now. Hopefully we'll get some decent snow in Chi this winter...I'm praying for it. I have to justify spending almost $1500 for my Ariens Deluxe 28 SHO. Last winter it sat there on call damn near the whole winter without being needed except a time or two. If I didn't run out and get it, it would have snowed like hell.
Hey! I want start my own business by cutting and removing snow. I got my own pick up truck. Can I get some advice please? Where to start? What equipment I need? And how much u can make a week
I would start with only mower trimmer and blower and market just that and upsell later you can work as many hours as you want when your self employed so there's no limit to weekly income just need a good marketing strategy I'm uploading my marketing video today you should check it out thanks
I like it. Great idea with carrier
Keep going brother! Hopefully you will get to the level where you own a plow truck. We just put a plow on our truck this year. #safesidetreatments
I’d rather do this than a truck..
Great video. Nice thinking outside of the box, blower carrier is great.

You need a single stage!
