He could try Earl Kelly wasn't a pushover though look at what happened when Tom grabbed him he wasn't scared he even threatened to shoot him if he did this to Earl Kelly considering he brought a gun in his bag he might not have made it out alive
Earl wouldn’t have been at the school past episode 3 if Jack was in charge. Problem’ with Earl is no man just goes to him & shows him what being hard really is, without that gun he’s nothing. Jack would do just that. He’d scare little Kelly stiff.
Yeah. Jack Rimmer was the best headmaster Waterloo Road ever had. He was such a badass but at the same time had a very relaxed attitude. compared to most of the headmasters who succeeded after he resigned.
This is why Rimmer was the best headteacher the school had, he was actually capable of making even the “tough” kids fear him when necessary, Earl was lucky he had Rachel in the next season and not Jack
To be fair, Lewis doesn't go around carrying a gun with him. I'd like to see how Earl would behave if he didn't own any guns, and how Lewis would behave knowing he has a gun/knife on him 24/7.

Yeah the school became more strict soon as Jack left Waterloo Road because he was the only headmaster that had a lax and less strict attitude towards punishments and students compared to other headmasters but at the same time he was a hard man and deeply loved the school. Jack's hard as nails. Amazing acting! How he chucks the tables so effortlessly. Grantly half asleep 😆
Grantly was always half-asleep. That’s probably why it took people a minute to realise when he passed-away that he was actually dead.
That was a very sad scene. Kathy shouting "Christine" so urgently. Christine darting forward no hesitation.
