Tap water.
What's the work of that towel
Awesome! You make the process look like a child's play. Quite an insight, seen the 3 ways of folding into balls. The type of pan one uses is also an important factor to making your chapos turn out great. I highly recommend the type of pan you are using. For me chipsy Yellow vegetable cooking is a plus.👌
On a lighter note aki chapo tatu issa joke.....hesabu ya kumi+++ ya the whole week😂😂😂

Hearsay! From who, where, when and why?
Try it out yourself and let me know.
@@NdungulutherSam 🤣🤣🤣🤣ok I hear you. Gotta do it today. Those chapatis were bewitchng I tell you.
Please which cooking oil is good to use to cook chapati, coz I think even oil plays a big rule in making chapati soft or hard?
Not at all. Any oil is just as good.
I also make roti, with no cooking oil and they still turn out soft as well👌👌
@@NdungulutherSam
OK I will try to figure it out
What matters is the dough
@@lilianajiku2230

After watching your pumpkin & butternut squash chapati, I don’t want to look at a white plain chapati again😂
I know right. 😂😂😂
Plain white are boring. 😂
😆
there is a luhya man hapo hunters i used to buy his chapo anaweka mafuta once then.as he spin anaweka kijiko.ndani.ndio mafuta ibaki kwa pan
😂😂😂😂i know that kamethod. Lakini sihawahi fikiria hivo. 😂Ill experiment next time nione kama nitasave mafuta. 😂😂😂
Thanks for the wisdom 💪
Zangu hukua soft zikiwa moto but zikipoa zinakua ngumu ..what might be the cause
The softness of your dough determines ths softness of your chapos. Also use enough oil, not too much not too little.
Pia storage is important, wrap and put in a bowl/hotpot and cover. Even a day later they will still be soft.
Have the unga to relax a few minutes after kukanda 20 minutes or so itakuwa soft
Keep them in plastic container or bag
Can Cold Water make good chapatis???
Askn for.me and a 1000others😁😁
Do they?
My question is mbona sijaona ka umeeka sukari Kwa dough
Sugar is a choice, some people add a little sugar kama ni za kunywa chai .
Mimi pia sijaona lakin Kuna wengine hupenda za chumvi tu peke ake
Yesyes. It's optional. Hizi zilikua za breakfast za kuteremsha na chai.
Wueh. I think mine is now down to the chef. Hizi soft layer zimenikataa. I've tried multiple times, mpaka using ghee. Hata nikachange from Ajab to EXE. I've used cold water, warm water and even hot water. Every damn time the chapos come out hard. Zinaiva poa lakini ni kama biscuits. I am almost giving up now😅
Hey, for a start, could you try regulating the heat during cooking and use medium heat ? Halafu funika ukishapika?
@@nyabuti7998 I think it's the heat. I'll try with less heat and see how it goes. Kufunika nafunika but by then it's too late. The surface already inakuwanga ishakauka
Cool few chapos many times like twice in a week and you will be an experr.practice makes perfect..i cook them with a lot of ease
You and me both, hakuna style sijawahi jaribu.
It means when rolling you push the middle area to have a very thin layer
You should make your video shorter
How long would you recommend?
