I grew up going to palmyra and Hannibal missouri. It will forever be the greatest memories of my youth. Years spent visiting this part of missouri and I’m positive that people don’t realize what an awesome part of the River this is. Make it to Louisiana missouri and do some shots there. If it is not possible to increase the number of trains; the railways can think about bringing in double decker (only sleeper coaches for trains performing only night journey) and increasing number of general bogies. If finances permit can lay additional railway lines.
Just use a belt driven riding mower transmission and run a very big pulley on the engine and a very small pulley on the transmission . You'll get the speed you want along with a few extra forward gear ratios and a REVERSE .
