I was able to Snag a set on p Bandai us. Had to wait a bit but I’m glad I got them. Also the Gashapon department of bandai stays winning with the top notch paint jobs.

I’m still hoping for playmates to make these two, playmates should do a set with them and maybe Godzilla for 30 dollars kinda like what they did with Godzilla vs kong battle set
Really praying hiya makes mutos. Really mad that NO ONES made mutos yet. Not shma, not neca, not jakks pacific, not playmates. It’s so annoying for such unique and awesome kaiju to be shunned out.
Its the UFO of kaiju, why not make it? They are cool as hell. No sense from these big toy companies sometimes.
I get why NECA and Jakks didn't do it given they were unsure if they were gonna sell, but the fact that Bandai/Playmates hasn't capitalized on a (non-exclusive) MUTO really baffles me.
Get playmates to do it they would help us a lot
they never really chose to since they might have thought it wasn’t easy to sculpt,SHMA and NECA could have done so,but they probably just shunned it out as you stated.

I wanted this set but held off based on the price and potential scaling issues with SHMA. I don't regret my choice but these do look NICE
For a vinyl set you think it would have more accessories. Looks very clean, but it's over priced thats for sure

Glad I waited this one out. I usually do, but I’m VERY happy since Hiya toys is doing their Female Muto and I couldn’t be happier.
Where did you buy it?
The Hiya toys Godzilla was listed at 7.8 inches tall, if it turns out to be good then I think that will scale much more nicely with this MUTO set than any of the other articulated Monsterverse Godzilla figures.
And these prices are why I’m waiting for Hiya toys. 190 is so stupid for these figures. Why are these so overpriced? It’s ridiculous

@@Ergeniz it’s because it’s not a standard MMS vinyl it’s a Bandai Bangaichi fig which get VERY expensive.
Agreed. I really hope Hiya or SHMA release things like the SkullCrawler and MUTOs. My understanding is that Behemoth (and possibly Scylla, Methuselah etc.) are all owned by a Chinese company so perhaps with those Bandai/Hiya are a bit stuck, but maybe Playmates can get the rights to them.
@@Ergeniz I see what you're saying now. Even though the MMS is out of production, I agree those 3rd party prices are absurd. Initial retail wasn't too bad. But yah I agree all the Mutos are really overpriced for vinyl figs, for $200 might as well just make an SHMA 2-pack

I still think it’s bizarre that the Mutos are called MUTO despite the word being the literal equivalent to “Kaiju” or “Titan”
They are no longer calling the kaiju muto, Titans is the new code name
I'm going do a twist here when the 2014 legendary godzilla started the muto with wing should be the female and the one without wings should be the male
