This not a stupid satanic black metal act, it is what I love in black metal, gems like these ones, great music, real subjects that hit the nerve of every thinking human with conscious. Read lyrics and say you can't relate at least a bit to it. A day before 2018, this is still a bar to reach for most of competition.
Black metal is satanism. But I get your point, you're not wrong with the latter part. MGLA sets a pretty fucking high standard for today's black metal.
@@jannehanhela9607 No it is not. There is a big difference in misantrophie, nihilism, satanism, anti-religion/christiandom, selfhatred, ironie, distruction of everything in existence and utter depression. these are all parts of black metal and there are many more. sure there are connections between it. some bands combine these things some not, some bands have a different view outside the band while others are completely identifiable through their music. back in the days maybe it was a core fundament of BM but not today and the focus on anti-religion especially on christianity was always bigger then satanism. people who think otherwise did not understand the ironie, blasphemie behind their lyrics cause on frist note they seem satanic but they are not. just like the burning of a church does not mean you are a satanist
@@jannehanhela9607 Not necessarily. MGLA presents a really sad, nihilistic, hollow worldview. To me it doesn't differ much (in topic) from Slayer which also depicts the dark side of humanity. The music is amazing.

Józef Conrad, Krzysztof Baczyński, and now these modern masters Mgła who write in such cohesive and hauntingly beautiful ways. Even mirroring the great polish writers of the early to mid twentieth century in their execution. One of the greatest bands to ever come out of Polska. Much love to you, Mgła
Don't forget all of the incredible Polish artists and their dark imagery. Zdzislaw Beksinski, Dariusz Zawadzki, Jakub Rozalski... I don't know much about Poland, but they seem to channel a level of darkness and despair in their creative works that I resonate with strongly
@@andersonprimer Yup, it's an inner fascination with the darkness many of us carry. I have lived in Australia my whole life but my whole family seems to have this and I can attest for myself. It will only do damage to you if you don't find an outlet for it, ie the works of art you guys mentioned. Эти парни доказали мне еще раз что Black Metal все еще жив.Respect!✊✊✊🤘🤘🤘
I fucking love this album, I love this band. Thanks MGLA
Mgła goes into the studio to record. The producer sets up a vocal recording booth, but the singer removes the pop filter. "Why did you do that?", the producer asked. "Because I'm already wearing one", Mgła said. hahahahaha
Great show yesterday night in Brussels (Magasin 4). Congratulations in darkness.
rakı içip mgla dinlemenin keyfi de bir başka. black metal dinleyicisi türklere selam olsun
NordHeim2 vay be tam bu bandı keşfeden tek Türk müyüm acaba diyordum :D sen yine de rakı içme dikkat et kendine.
Bo Mgła to czarny rozpierdol!!!
nice performance but cutting the intro is a big mistake.
Thank you Woda i Pustka.. It so different from other live videos. This video creates impression, that I am so close to band and I can feel, what they feel while playing this song.
Fenomen polega na tym, że nasze chłopaki tak wymiatają, że jak ich słucham to jakbym na mgle się unosił
Damn, Mgla should come to México at least once. The would totaly kill it!
Fucking great band.
hope they'll come over someday, a big hello from Poland
Cheers polish brother!
They should definitely come to México!
wszystkie działające przy pomocy tego typu w Polsce et omnia HD na to co jest dla nas to gwarancja brak komentarzy bądź też w innych miastach i gminach
Stay alert! My friends are waiting the manager ryder. Saludos desde México!
MGLA has surpassed Behemoth. Behemoth has decided to broaden their appeal and add elements of pop to their sound. MGLA has not compromised their style.
This has to be the best shit I've heard in ages
voltiax voldidachs how old are you?
Antonio he could be 80 years old. Literally MGLA beats everything out there
Beautiful footage!!
I hope I get to see them live one day, they sound great here

His live vocals are much better than studio
Jaj kiedyś odpalę wrotki...To mi ten kawałek nad kwaterką odpalcie...
My boyfriend took me there last year.

This video is spectacular, thank you for sharing.
As if you didn't know how it feels to lose
As if you didn't know how it feels to lose at dice with fate
As if you didn't know
As if you didn't know how it feels to lose at dice with fate
At least have some dignity
As if it wasn't a lifetime
Spent on connecting the dots
There was no pattern
As if the irony was more
Than a defense mechanism
And we could actually laugh for a change
As if steel hooks in our backs
Were more than a nuisance
And we could actually feel something
Self-crucified
Missed the right tree
Tore the wrong eye out
The hissing
Of hellfire
Self-crucified
Missed the right tree
For this I've gained a victory
I burn, as I ought to
As if everything was to be made right one day
Dreams don't come true
For people like us
As if the gods were bored
With peace in our hearts
And their fingers are itchy
As if we never broke people
Out of sheer boredom
And slept calmly, among the wastes
And then, we see bright and clear
As if we would be someone else
While mindlessly wandering through the mountains
As if we would be someone better
Spelling purgatory in Latin alphabet
Self-crucified
Missed the right tree
Tore the wrong eye out
The hissing
Of hellfire
Self-crucified
Missed the right tree
For this I've gained a victory
I burn as I ought to
As if all this was something more
Than another footnote on a postcard from nowhere
Another chapter
In the handbook
For exercises in futility
Amazing... Thanx for including ATHENS, GREECE in your 2019 Tour...(Great Performance)
hypnotically melodic! polish black metal at its finest
I will finally witness this on Friday! Another life-defining moment for me, like when I first heard Iron Maiden aged 13 and my first exposure to 'Reign in blood' several years later.
Hail Mgla!
As if all this was something more than another footnote on a postcard from nowhere; another chapter in the handbook for exercises in futility.
