How to get unstuck

I made this video because this is advice I needed to hear myself. We get stuck without realizing it. The process happens gradually but quickly, until one day we (hopefully) wake up and decide it's time to make a change. But even that isn't always enough to get unstuck.
I hope this game plan will help you exit any situations you're currently stagnant in.
