Terrible idea. Steel wool does not conduct electricity well enough, resistance creates heat, and heat makes fire: ua-cam.com/users/shortsSbp-VYthG8E
Now tell me you want burning steel wool in your light bulbs. Even if it worked safely, the other LED elements would burn out quicker as more voltage is being applied to them.
