Hey Cam.I knew you were really busy with your real job. You are consistent, if you have a lot of work, we don't hear much from you. Since that is how you pay the mortgage, monthly bills, and feed the family, it's perfectly expected. We appreciate it when you can improve our days with a great story!!!

It might sound cliche, but my wife is my best friend and the person i trust most in this life. Not only do i share any and all pertinent info with her, but i make sure shes armed to the teeth 24/7. I live in The SF bay area, and unfortunately we have the worst, most common type of monsters.. bad people.

This story of the Mogollon Rim experience is the best l have heard. I found listing the diversity of fauna & flora very interesting and new information to me.
This gave me a totally different understanding of the Mogollon area. I don't live that far from the Mogollon Rim & have decided to add it to my bucket list because of this story.
However, l agree w Cam that it is not necessary to list all details & minutia on every story.

Guys, always let your lady know if something potentially dangerous is near your home place. You are not protecting her, you are putting her in danger. Teach her to be aware of her surroundings in all environments-cities require this too!- teach her to shoot, carry a bright light and keep her phone charged and in reach. Teach her self defense, Don't lie to her. Knowledge and preparation are your best defenses. And trust, which you don't get by hiding things from her. You can tell her simply that you found evidence of a large predator living in the barn, cleared it out, but anyone living near woods or wilderness needs to learn to keep vigilant. After all, you wouldn't want something to get her horse!

Sounds like you live in Payson. We lived there briefly and noted how many things were named after him. Heck, up near Clint Wells area, someone painted Bigfoot tracks across the road near the Long Valley cafe. This was at least 10 years ago, and back then I had no idea what that was about. Now I think it may have been someone painting the path the creature took across the road. Still not sure.

It forms the southern edge of the Colorado Plateau in Arizona. Payson is 7300' up, and absolutely beautiful, with areas for camping. You get great views both on the up, and going down! We have found numerous tree structures between 260 and Young, have a pic of a tree-peaker from this same area, heard vocalizations (along with rock throwing and snapped sapling) in Sedona, found a huge X near the Munger ranch in Rim country and even have 3 witnesses to a road side crossing in East Mesa (which is where I live). They are here. I doubt a single mountain range in AZ is absent these things.

Wow! Those last two sentences in your comment got me. I never had a cryptic experience in Arizona, but I had several experiences there with native spirits. I was alone, had left home southeast of St. Louis on my H-D Shovelhead Superglide. Tent camping along the way. After a couple of experiences, I learned to stop where I wished to camp and just sit still. If I got that "feeling", I would put that boot to my kicker and ride out of there. Never camp in the boulders!!! Just trust me on that!
Later that year, I had my first experience with Sasquatch. It was at the top of Nine Mile Hill outside of Albuquerque. It was in 1990. Most recently, I spent 10 months living on top of a mountain in TN with a family of Sasquatch. I should write a book!

I've seen tracks in the snow in the spring at the Grand Canyon, south rim. And tracks in the woods 10 miles out of Flagstaff. There are lots of bigfoot stories in Arizona.

My Girlfriend saw one peaking at her from behind a tree while we were elk hunting near Happy Jack a couple years ago. I've heard a good whoop and tree knock right outside my camp near 260 and 87 intersection north of Strawberry. A couple friends have also had sightings up on the rim and also Southern Az.

Cam !!! Thank you for everything you do for us all! Your the best ,I appreciate all the time you devote to us , we will always be YOUR PEOPLE
You should always tell the people you love ,and don't love ..what would this man feel like if God forbid the dogman wasn't in the mood to see a human being and attacked your wife or loved one ,expically if u have children around your home ,u bet I am ripping into u ...I know u wouldn't wouldn't ever forgive yourself, if that dogman you saw killed your loved one ,or someone you know.....even a stranger ...personally I tell everyone, that these criptids criptids are real ,that way it would be in the back of their mind and I might have saved a unwanted horrified encounter, or a sighting, of one of the criptids, heck ...we don't even know exactly what is out there ,Truthfully I say to people who I don't know, and I don't care if they give me a crazy 🤪 look or they laugh at me ,at least I did the right thing ❤...it is the right thing to do ,heck we've been lied to for allllllllll these years,, ( why)??? Is my question why has this topic been kept from all of us ? Hmmm 22:34

Man, that Arizona elk hunt story was a perfect example of just because you've got a vocabulary doesn't mean you should use it ALL.
I felt for you having to read it.
He could have just not listed every plant and animal plus, Dude, just tell me the elk are most active near dawn and dusk.
The ryhthym of that story wasn't your fault.
I love your channel and stories. Keep up the stellar work.

The man's listing of flora, fauna, and, topography was perhaps an in attempt to preclude any oversimplification listeners
would have possibly imagined if he had merely said desert wildlife. He overcompensated, perhaps :)
However, I certainly felt I could envision how a large cryptid could live there, and his details did help the imagination ...but too much of a good thing....
Anyway, thank you for reading through it, Cam, and thanks to the guy who shared it.
