After my Mom and Dad divorced, I was 10 yrs old and every time I would go to my Dads house he would be just sitting in the dark chain smoking ciggs, you know I was so young I didn't understand but he was so depressed, breaks my heart now to think back on it. I would just get so mad at him, I felt like he wasn't even trying and now I know he just couldn't fight anymore for anything 😢 I regret not being more understanding but I was dealing with my own anger and I was only 10 and I felt completely powerless 😢💔
But, it just seems like it's supposed to be instantaneous. This has been a daily battle for me. I am making progress, but it just doesn't seem like enough. It feels like I have to be better today or I'm not believing enough. I'm trying to let the Spirit guide me and I am experiencing His healing.
Take a baby step each day. It's not always aromatic. Speak to relevant people - your doctor, a therapist, a pastor who has experience in this field Read your Bible and stop beating yourself up. You are blessed
It IS INDEED grueling at times & all you can do is show up that day. Don't give up! Many are going through this with you. It ebbs & flows...get help & even tho we've all heard this adage endlessly, you really do have to take 1 day at a time! God bless you, friend! Don't give up, it can get better, but like you said, it can be very slow & gradual. Often just making it thru that 1 day is a major success. 🙏🕊🌠✨️🫂🕯🙏💦🕊🎵🔥
I hear it. Went through Years of heavy trauma. As a result I believe, depression and anxiety was a common result of years and no support. Now I gave life to God so much has changed sometimes this stuff rears its ugly head and I have refocus my eyes on God. Pray and read. And ask for help. But I have notice some people will act like you don't believe or trust God enough. Or they talk to you like your living with some sort of sin because if I wasn't the case you wouldn't feel it. We go through all sorts of trials in life. You hang on you keep fighting.❤
@@JessicaBerry-ds2vd I do struggle with sin too though. I've struggled with addiction and recovery. I'm not where I used to be, but the one I do is extremely hard to overcome, as a majority of my friends aren't out of it yet either. That's why we need to pray and keep praying. I would like to recommend the movie documentary Medicating Normal as it addresses peoples need to deal with their depression and anxiety through prayer, diet, exercise, and therapy. I met people in this movie personally and how much they’re helping people that have been harmed by psychiatric drugs. This has been going on for decades and big Pharma and doctors benefit from medication’s that they say you will need to take the rest of your life. We have lost family members and friends, family members too many times. Also Dr. Peter Bragan, who has been in the mental health field for many years has helped many people be healed.
I think I'm going to be dying the most miserable death in jail soon. Im saved for about a month and have lived like Judas. The angel of death is coming. I'm nervous I won't be saved
Please pray for my mental health, I had a trauma in my teeth and it changed my facial profile and I felt so ashamed and low self esteem because of that, plus I'm 32, not married, no kids and I felt so alone and behind in life. I really need ur prayer. Thanks 🙏
Lord Jesus, thank you that You love them. We know that You hate what their illness is doing to them. We ask that You would heal and bring relief, that You have compassion upon them. You are the same yesterday, today, and into infinity, and Your Holy Spirit is still performing healing miracles today. We thank You for restoring them in Jesus name, amen.
Lord, we come before You ready to pour out our worries, anxieties, and fears at Your feet. We are claiming and declaring Your promises for blessings of peace and strength over their lives. Bring peace into our soul that passes all worldly understanding and make us a light for others to see your strength. “Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong.” - 1 Corinthians 16:13.
