If I'm being honest, these videos are not getting old. They show how diverse one day is from the next. If there's one thing that does repeat itself it's your dynamic personality and that will never get old. Something that would be fun is to share what you do on your days off
Aw thank for this comment!! I love this kind of feedback! And you read my mind because I’ve been saving clips to put a video together about what I do on my time off work, will be posting it soon! But thanks again, enjoy your weekend 🤘
I don’t know why the UA-cam algorithm thought I would be interested in videos about a concrete mixer driver, but I’ve been watching you for months and have enjoyed every single one of them. Your personality and dialogue are dope!
The gifted mixer was pure comedy 😅 It’s not repetitive, I think the mixture (pun intended) of the cooking, driving, the work, and you talking one on one at the end makes for great videos. Keep up the great work!
Loving the gifted mixer lmao. The pipe that pumps excess concrete into your hopper is called a Candy Cane. At least that's what we call it over at our plant :). Keep smiling pretty lady.
@@lexflowaz Next time you are on site and the pump is cleaning out you should ask them where the candy cane is, and see how they react to it haha. I am curious if that term is widely used. Thanks! Have a great weekend yourself 😊
Lexie, you’re so genuine,so hard working, and so family oriented. You give me hope for the future of our wonderful country and our American values. Stay with it and enjoy your life!!!!
That's a distribution box, you'll notice it has several holes on the side where you can run drainage lines into then it fills up with water and it allows whatever liquid to go evenly out through different pipes evenly. The box has to be perfectly level so that's why you put concrete around it once you get it in place. This might be a septic system they're putting in but I wouldn't think so being in the city. It's probably for stormwater management.
Hello! The vault looks like an electric utilities vault with all of the recessed knockouts for pipe accesses but may also be a septic tank. The cast iron casting on top of the vault should identify its use whether it is electric, sewer or septic. The 3 sack sand backfill is used instead of having to backfill with the soil around the perimeter of the vault. A 3 sack mix is low strength (usually less than 200 psi to allow for future removal or access to the vault. Also it is sufficiently strong enough compared to compacted soil.
Yeah, not likely septic in Brentwood or Santa Monica, those neighborhoods are way too posh for a septic system, especially Brentwood. If anything, it is massive electrical service install.
You all are correct. That is a concrete vault for an electrical transformer. When you require larger service on a site, the city can't possibly fit all of the service transformers in the street since the streets are so small, so the owner needs to place a concrete vault in their yard.
Utilities vault .They're building a big pretty house, they're not putting up/parting with any land/space for a building for transformers, and they don't want to see/look at them. It's a vanity issue.

hi lexie - your videos are not getting old or repetitive...being yourself and authentic is what makes you you and builds your brand, don't change a thing 😊watching all the way from Cape Town, South Africa - happy and safe concrete miles 😎🚛
Videos are not getting repetitive at all Lexie. you always manage to do a few things in each video that make me laugh or take interest in the jobs you go to. The RC mixer was brilliant. enjoyed the cooking as well...cant believe someone stole your food though..the shame. Loads of love from the UK.
Hey Lexie, You have been an inspiration to me. I'm a 58-year-old man who was going through CDL school, and I wasn't sure what I was going to do with my CDL. I was considering options on the road or local, but I came across one of your videos and you inspired me to become a Ready Mix Driver. The only thing is I have a restriction on my CDL, which is for automatic transmissions only, not manual. I was wondering if you knew of any companies in the San Diego area that use automatic trucks. Thank you so much for your inspiration and any help you can provide! Best regards, Frank
Hello there! That’s awesome to hear that you’re getting your license! I know all of Robertsons trucks are automatic! Another big company out in San Diego is “superior ready mix”, maybe you can give them a call and see if they have automatic trucks. Anyways goodluck on your journey! Be safe
Hi Lexie I've seen quite a number of your vlogs ..i fine them very interested.... You certainly know how to drive the wagon you have .... keep up the fantastic work on the vlogs that you do... You are certainly one of the prettiest wagon driver I've come across in a very long time v Take care Lexie

I don't think its getting repetitive at all, I personally like these kinds of "another persons life" videos. Nothing over the top, screaming, etc.. just You :D Congrats on the new mixer, looks dope! 😄 P.O Box would be a smart idea.
I think it would be a good idea if you got a P.O. box. A couple of videos back when you were sanding and spray painting your truck, I thought to myself, "I wish this girl had a P.O. box. I would send her a better mask". As other commenters have mentioned, repeated exposures to things like concrete dust and spray paint can be harmful to your lungs over time. Please be safe and take care of yourself. Wishing you all the best 🙂! p.s. You got me with the "gifted concrete mixer truck" 😁. Good one !
Your such an Amazing Person I’m so Proud of you and your such an Amazing Driver the places you have to go into and backup Wow and the concrete mixer truck that someone gave you is so Awesome thank you so much for making me smile and thank you for sharing your videos 👏🏽
Lexie!! Great video.. every one gets better with the creative editing, music and new content. I also think you are a confident driver. I like when that car came towards you on that tight road and you just kept driving and brushed the bushes a tiny bit. 🙄
I love your videos. I don't think they are repetitive. As someone in the construction and land development industry, every job site is different, and that's what keeps your content fresh. Keep up the great work. 👏👏👏
Keep doing your videos. You are so entertaining. I love what you do. Your so gorgeous and such an amazing woman. Your eyes and your beautiful smile can light up a room. Your an inspiration. Awesome work. ❤❤❤❤
Hey Lexie, your a/c makes your fan come on to cool the aircon condensor, nothing to do with engine temp. The fan does put load on your engine, not alot, but it might be enough to reduce revs quicker when you back off to change gears, making the gears feel funny, you just need to be a micro second quicker with your hand during changes when ac is on or not back off as much with the accelerator. Also, stick with family, dont fall for the doing interstate thing, theres alot to be said for being home every night, i spent min. 6 nights a week sleeping in a bunk for 25 years all over Australia, good life but you miss so much, good work you, your Dad would be so proud and is obviously a good operator himself going by your abilities, stay safe out there 🇦🇺
I'm pretty new here like 2 months, love your videos and learn more about this job. Love your smiling and let us see most of the jobs you doing and what they making, really interesting. I also have a request if its possible maybe you can show us also how the truck geta filled with concrete? I cant find it anywhere in your videos.. thanks for the fun videos ❤
Luv the vid, Its funny how different areas say pours differently, On the west coast its chute pour on the East coast its straight pour, pump is a pump no going around that logic. I think the po box is cool it will help smaller companies get exposure with their products and all ! I hope you find out who stole your lunch ! lol
Hi lexie, when you say yards of concrete in the back of your truck do you mean cubic yards,i drive a concrete truck in ireland and we call it cubic metres, our concrete botttle seem a lot bigger over here we can hold 8 cubic metres comfortably, and sometimes 10 but we have to watch our weights,if we are stopped and we are over weight we get points on our drivers licence and a fine, love the videos keep her lit👍🏼
OMGosh Lexie, I was laughing so hard when you showed the truck you were gifted! Very sweet gift my dear! And don't be afraid to run your A/C, that's what it's there for and trust me, after 2.5 million miles as a Class A driver, you need to keep from over heating when your driving that big mixer. As always keep up the great driving!
Lexie the star of the show! Thank you for all you do and for the videos, each job is interesting. Save and/or invest all the money you can! Thank you for being a good person, smart, humble, down to earth.
Another day another job. You seem to make the best of every one! Such a great personality and hard worker! Yer parents must be proud. Be safe, take care!
You make the videos interesting, your content is just an extra plus! I have two friends who do this type of work so I'm learning a lot about how things are done! Thanks for sharing such interesting! ☺ content! ☺☺
I enjoy watching all your videos, you have an upifiting spirit and a joyfull personality. I would like to see a video of you shadowing your brother on his deliveries. unless he is camera shy. Also how about interviewing your dad and how he started his company.
Lexie! Fun fact for you! The AC in almost all combustion engines are belt driven! So indeed it is true that when you turn on the AC that you lack power form the engine since the belt connects to the engine and needs to power the AC Hope this clears things up for you
Great video. You too much had me cracking up when you showed us the mixer. But In all sincerity. Your showing all of us that nothing is impossible. When you put your mind too it. Skies the limit!
Hello Lexie hope you are doing great just wishing you the best and keep those videos coming I love watching them I'm becoming a fan of yours take care and be safe out there 😊
Its normal for the engine to drag down more with the ac on as the compressor is engaged, and the fan will always turn on when you turn the ac down to pull the heat out of it that the condenser creates.
I was also told it was an electrical box but everyone keeps saying it’s a septic tank or bunker.. now I’m more curious than before and I’m looking online and can’t find anything that looks similar.. this box had indents and holes for pipes. they also had the pipes to the side ready to go in… so I kinda do believe it has something to do with electricity. They said the house will need too much power.. 800 volts.. correct me if I’m wrong I forgot what word he said but he made it seem like it’s more than a normal house would use
For minute there i thought you talking about an actual mixer truck !So immediately i started to think whoa now you're becoming an owner operator ( chi - ching ) but then i saw that toy and i was like awh man she really deserves one for real !
I subbed your channel a couple days ago & have watched several videos. You're definitely on to something here, please keep going. I love your content, you're beautiful & great in front of the camera! I drive 18 wheeler across country but getting ready to switch back to oilfield work. I've always wondered about mixer trucks, it's great to see how your days go. ❤
Great videos. Is that a road ranger gearbox? Asking as I've been looking at a couple of temp jobs where I live and they ask for people with experience driving them - I used to drive trucks but only with standard 6-speed transmission. Was it hard to pick up? Also 4:10 haha my old workmate had earlier offered me a yum wild venison sandwich saying he didn't want it anymore - problem is it wasn't his - it was another workmate's! When second guy came in and was like "Where's my sandwich" - well it was chaos as we worked out what happened with the really mean but funny 'prank'. Sucks to lose food!!!
Hey Lexie I think that would be cool to do a unboxing and you do what you want and makes you happy this your channel ppl will watch we want to see just not the concrete work, but whatever you want to share about your life and family if that are cool with it. That my 2 cents 😊😊

The only thing is I have a restriction on my CDL, which is for automatic transmissions only, not manual. I was wondering if you knew of any companies in the San Diego area that use automatic trucks.
Thank you so much for your inspiration and any help you can provide!
Best regards,
Frank
Hello there! That’s awesome to hear that you’re getting your license! I know all of Robertsons trucks are automatic! Another big company out in San Diego is “superior ready mix”, maybe you can give them a call and see if they have automatic trucks.
Anyways goodluck on your journey! Be safe
You’re awesome and have great attitude. I’m sure you will be successful no matter what you do.
Very inspiring. You're a very lovely person. This is totally awe inspiring; and I find it rejuvenating. Greetings from Sydney Australia :)
Hi Lexie I've seen quite a number of your vlogs ..i fine them very interested.... You certainly know how to drive the wagon you have .... keep up the fantastic work on the vlogs that you do... You are certainly one of the prettiest wagon driver I've come across in a very long time v
Take care Lexie
love your videos so entertaining 😍 and I love your commentary
😳😳😂😂🤣😂You had me sold ,on your new mixer that was so classic.brah im still cracking up atm….that you for sharing another great video Lexi..keep the content. Coming .we your fan’s salute you🤙🤙🤙alohaz
I don't think its getting repetitive at all, I personally like these kinds of "another persons life" videos. Nothing over the top, screaming, etc.. just You :D Congrats on the new mixer, looks dope! 😄
P.O Box would be a smart idea.
Good one !
I’m just impressed how you get in-n-out of those tight side streets.
Be Blessed, and may The Lord Bless you and keep you, always.
Iam a mixer driver in the uk, I am new to this and loving it so far. great to see how you do things in the USA compared to the UK.
Congratulations on your new mixer. That was great that you actually made it go in the site. Enjoyed the video
It's not getting repetitive. Love watching u work. Keep the vids coming! Your doing amazing 👏
I love cloudy days (not gloomy lol) I love your driving, especially in small neighborhoods. You handle that truck as if it was a toy.
Love your videos Lexie keep your head up and don’t stop what you’re doing 😊
6 nights a week sleeping in a bunk for 25 years all over Australia, good life but you miss so much, good work you, your Dad would be so proud and is obviously a good operator himself going by your abilities, stay safe out there 🇦🇺
The title sure had me fooled... but I sure had a good laugh when you showed your new mixer!! Keep up the good work. Loved the video : )
Girl, I was all excited and happy to see the brand new mixer and you came up with a toy 😂😂 OMG
I hope you find out who stole your lunch ! lol
Your amazing in every way. I wish you all the success in the world. 😊
Absublutly beautiful hard working young lady thats a true professional at what you do and any boss would love you on their team .
Your new mixer is awesome like your sense of humour :)
Lexie. The bottom is called a splitter for your high and low gears.10-4💕
Lol, what a great way of letting us think you had a new truck. Love it.😂
Another day another job.
☺ content! ☺☺
Lexi keep up the good work ,, Bless You & All Your Dream come true...keep posten your wonderful video 🙏 👊👍
So indeed it is true that when you turn on the AC that you lack power form the engine since the belt connects to the engine and needs to power the AC
Hope this clears things up for you
run your AC all you want. its good that you pay attention enough to notice the extra noises it makes but it wont hurt your truck or your car at all.
Great video. You too much had me cracking up when you showed us the mixer. But In all sincerity. Your showing all of us that nothing is impossible. When you put your mind too it. Skies the limit!
Hello Lexie hope you are doing great just wishing you the best and keep those videos coming I love watching them I'm becoming a fan of yours take care and be safe out there 😊
Its normal for the engine to drag down more with the ac on as the compressor is engaged, and the fan will always turn on when you turn the ac down to pull the heat out of it that the condenser creates.
i can watch this video all day i have learn so much about mixer driver thank you and the food you fix is awesome love see that in your video
That concrete box seems to be a swimming pool surge tank. Great videos. Get going.
Good thing the diff locks were on. It was struggling as it was on that rough ground!
That big concrete box is an electrical vault 👍
or a septic tank.
Bunker
Safe room. Those rich ppl in Brentwood worry about home invasions.
@@lexflowaz It's definitely not a septic there are too many cutouts
For minute there i thought you talking about an actual mixer truck !So immediately i started to think whoa now you're becoming an owner operator ( chi - ching ) but then i saw that toy and i was like awh man she really deserves one for real !
I subbed your channel a couple days ago & have watched several videos. You're definitely on to something here, please keep going. I love your content, you're beautiful & great in front of the camera! I drive 18 wheeler across country but getting ready to switch back to oilfield work. I've always wondered about mixer trucks, it's great to see how your days go. ❤
Yes make a PO BOX that would be fun & interesting to watch as well as a Q&A video !
I like the unboxing at the end of the video sounds fun can't wait to watch stay safe and God bless you
Great videos.
Hi !! Lexie, like the content and I think is a sewer station because of the green pipes. Hey have a great day and take care, also love how U drive.
Watching you do ready mix and listening to you shift is the best
For being 22 you are doing one hell of a job in life it might not seem like that to you but you are keep up the great work you are doing.
Hey Lexie I think that would be cool to do a unboxing and you do what you want and makes you happy this your channel ppl will watch we want to see just not the concrete work, but whatever you want to share about your life and family if that are cool with it. That my 2 cents 😊😊
